Goodwill Thrift Store & Donation Center — Local services in Bristol

I used to shop here all the time and the store was well organized. The last 2 or 3 times I was frustrated at the mess and chaos in the home goods section and the clothing is so tightly packed it's impossible to find anything. I'm not sure if it's because there's been a surge in donations but when items are literally shoved onto shelves and if you move anything it all tumbles out that's not worth my time to visit. Since when does Goodwill charge $20 for a dress? I've bought Lularue half this price, brand new!! There was also other items with prices way up there. It's getting to be hand over fist with them. I love this location and actually enjoy most of all the local Goodwill locations within the Tri Cities area. This one and the one located on Bristol Highway in Johnson City r the 2 locations closest to my house 🏠.
