Pizza Plus, West State Street — Restaurant in Bristol

First of all, this place wouldn't get a 1 star, but I have to give that to be able to post a review. This was my second visit and my LAST!!! Where do I Start?!?! Walk in and lady is sitting on her tail at the register She says have a seat and the waitress be with you soon. She finally comes to take a drink order, brings drinks back with barely any ice in the cup and it's already half melted. We ask for several pizzas to be made she claims they can't make a supreme for the pizza bar, and acts like she don't know what a spinach pizza is. The pizza on the bar when we arrived was absolutely disgusting. They finally get a few fresh pizzas on the bar, they were just ok. Salad bar.. lettuce was brown, cottage cheese was spoiled. Waitress never comes back to the table to check on us nor refills our drinks. Walking by our table several times too. We had to walk up front to get a refill and once again doesn't put ice in the cup. To top the icing, after we ate the few slices we did get we see a roach crawling on the floor. And you want $14 + tax for this pizza. That's a joke. We go check out and the waitress says, what drinks did you have? Seriously! You just took our drink order not even 15mins prior. You may say, Wow, you got alot of complaints, Yes, it was that BAD!! SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! This place is beyond a joke. How in the world they have a 4.2 rating I have no clue!! Service SUCKS AND FOOD SUCKS!! Also, was told by other Pizza Plus location they were under new management is THE ONLY REASON we went back and I forgot to mention to my first visit wasn't all to great either. This place needs to be shut down or some strong management team needs...

When we came in, it was empty and there were no customers. We got seated without a menu, etc. once the waitress came back with our drinks she finally brought us a menu. We ordered a hoagie and a small cheese pizza and two small orders of curly fries. Working at a pizza place previously, I know that it usually takes about 15 - 25 minutes to get the order to the table. We were seated, etc. and another table came in a few minutes after us and got their food almost immediately. The waitress never came back to the table to tell us how much longer our food would be or even to check in on us. We waited for almost 50 minutes before we asked for a to go box. The woman told us our food had about 3-4 minutes left until it would be finished, we had to wait another 15 minutes. When we finally got our food, the pizza tasted good, but our curly fries tasted like they had just came out of a microwave. They had no salt or seasonings on them... They tasted awful. My hoagie was actually really good, the only downside is there was very minimal cheese on it. Really disappointed as a person who has always loved Pizza Plus, I will definitely not be using the Pizza Plus on West State St. anymore and I'll take my business elsewhere.

We waited for 15 min for our order to be taken, then there was my mom and ol man with me and we all ordered calzones. It took another 20 min for the food then I asked for a cup of ranch this rude waitress she brought it then I asked for two more 2oz soufflé cups that were only half full and she stated she was going to charge us $1.50 for each so I sent my food back that she brought didn’t touch it at all bc I ain’t gonna eat a dry calzone with nothing to moisturizer the flavor and the food. Then when we went up to pay I had a water they had soda but she was charging us 3.99 for 3 drinks and also tried to charge us for all 3 calzones and again I didn’t touch mine at all. So it was $45.00 for 2 drinks and 2 calzones that never got ate then she wanted to scream at me to leave. I’m sorry but I have no respect for someone that can’t show respect!!!! This is the worst experience have ever had!!!!! It has made me never want to go back to another one. Maybe you should keep your employees under control instead of screaming at your customers. I am posting this all over my page and will tell everyone about this experience and strongly advise them to go elsewhere. Even if the product may not be as good somewhere else the hospitality...
