Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Bristol

Came to this restaurant for dinner with my husband and friend. I ordered a number 3, my husband a number 1 meal with burger plain, and my friend a number 12 sauced popcorn chicken meal. All was alright until they brought the food, they had not brought the number 12 and instead brought another number 1, and also messed up my husband’s burger. We paged then and told them that they didn’t bring our number 12, and that my husbands burger was not plain. They said they would fix it, came out with the plain hamburger only and we said we also ordered the number 12, the girl said she had to talk to the manager so she did so. She came back out and said we would need to pay for the entire number 12 meal, rather than replacing the 3rd hamburger meal they brought. I said that made no sense because there is only a 20 cent difference between them, we offered the hamburgers they had given us back. And my friend offered to pay the 8$ but I told him it made no sense for us to pay for a whole meal when they messed up the 3rd meal we ordered and didn’t get what we asked for and we should only owe them 30 or so cents at most due to the price difference between the meals. She talked to her manager again and said she wouldn’t give it to us unless we paid for the entire meal because the lady didn’t hear us and we didn’t ‘double check’. I ordered through the app. It was 1/2 price burger night. Went and picked up our order which we only live less than 5 minutes away,got there they said we'll bring it out as soon as it's ready. I only waited maybe a couple minutes. I checked the bag there was no sauce for the onion rings which I had added on the app, the bellhop was very nice and said she'd be right back, while she was gone I was still checking the bag and when she came right back I informed her there was no marinara sauce for the mozzarella sticks she said jokingly I'm going to kill those guys on the prep line and laughed and said I'll be right back, she had an order in her hands so she went to the door and told another person and they came straight with the sauce. I get home that is the worst food we've ever gotten the hamburgers were cold and you could tell they had been fixed earlier the onion rings were limp like they had floated in cold grease because they weren't hot at all and tasted horrible we couldn't eat them. The tater tots were barely warm and looked like they had been fried then dropped back in the grease and warmed up. The cheese sticks were decent you can't really make them ahead or they are like rocks. We stopped at the Sonic on 11W in Bristol TN. I ordered a foot long conney dog and tatertots which was good. We ordered 2 fresh fruit strawberry slushes with extra fruit (Extra Charge Too) and I looked at my slushy and you could see a little red it wasn't even stirred up and my wife looked at her slushy and it hadn't been stirred up either. So we sent them back they were gone just a few minutes and brought them back to us. We drank on them and they had put hardly any strawberries in the drinks. When you pay for extra and don't even get what is regularly in something I call that stealing (not getting what you pay for). This was the first time in 2 years we have been to Sonic and I would say this is probably the last time we go there. These places need to have people come in and order food and keep a close eye on who is running their business and if happens 2 times fire the manager and others if that is what it takes.
