Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Virginia

I called to place an order for delivery and I was on hold for quite a while and then transferred to an answering service. I had questions about the cinnamon rolls and she said she'd have to transfer me to the store. Again I was on hold and then hung up on. I called back. The call went to the call center again & I said I just called and got hung up on & before I could say what I was needing I got hung up on again. Called back a 3rd time and actually got the store this time. The guy said he couldn't take my order because my address directed it to a different store. I'm slightly over 2 miles from this store and almost 5 miles to the other one. After the hanging up and not getting questions answered and being told I have to order from a different store I give up!! This is ridiculous and phone etiquette was horrible!! Pizza Hut USED to be great but there's better places out there that care about their customers. We're gone for good! Very...

Went on 7/2/13 at a little after 9pm. Got the double cheeseburger on thin crust. I could have gotten a $1.00 pizza in the freezer section of Krogers that tasted better then this. I have gotten this same order countless time at the Vol Pky store and it's never been wrong but this stuff was awefull. The crust was hard as a brick and not cut the sauce..well there was none to speak of..the cheese must have been put on one shread at a time and was only a handful and the hamburger....it was old and dried out and it was nothing to speak of either....been trying to call since we got home that night and still no answer. I will never go to that Pizza Hut again. They don't know nor care what they are doing apparently or it would have been done right and/or they would answer the stupid phone. So many places have changed the ingredients of the food. Pizza Hut was once one of my favorite places. I loved everything about it. Now the quality of each individual ingredient is just low. Even the texture is different. My family went last week and when we go in the car to leave my husband said "well that's probably the last time we go there." Don't get me wrong it wasn't a horrible experience in any way. The service was fine. We were treated fine. The food was just not good. We didn't get salads because the salad bar looked like it had been there for days. The carrots were cut very big. They were so large I don't know how anyone could have possibly used them in a salad, not to mention they were white. Come on Pizza Hut get it together. I want to continue my love affair...
