Bristol House of Pizza — Restaurant in Bristol

This place is unfair, it's a place that makes me want to go back and change my previous reviews on food places.

I recently moved from Coventry/West Warwick and wanted a cheap good pizza place to try and honestly, the name alone I felt this should be first, it felt cocky in a way where it was either going to be a total flop of a once good place or deserving of the title.

I got a pepperoni pizza and a buffalo chicken calzone and just the sight of the two alone I knew I was in for a treat, the calzone was both crunchy while puffy and light inside and the buffalo sauce was so much more then just butter and franks, and they load it to, for its price it's a big tasty filling calzone.

And the pizza was famominal, it's this sorta styled where the sauce and cheese and the oil is so perfect for each other it becomes a solid fusion of just love, something I haven't had from anywhere in recent. And it was cheap and fast to!

Easily 10-20$ cheaper then other places from West Warwick and Coventry which I did not expect!

And they got here 30 minutes earlier then the time estimate, I actually missed the delivery guys phone call thinking it was spam. If he sees this I am sorry.

Next time I see him delivering I'll make sure to add a few extra to the tip....

Decent food but I will say half the time they mess up the simplest part of the order. 9 out of 10 times I get a salad they can’t even put the right dressing I request. I get people make mistakes but it’s frustrating with how frequent it is. But that’s not the reason for this rating. I have noticed no one in this whole establishment knows what cross contamination is. Specifically when you wear gloves and don’t change them in between touching different things. Every single staff member seems poorly trained on this. I have gone in multiple times and been cashed out at the register where the employee is wearing a pair of gloves to cash me out and then proceeds to go right from touching the register to making mine and other peoples food. This is so repulsive to me. I have watched employees touch every single surface including the register, doors, pens, money etc and then touch and handle food. Good way to spread fecal matter to peoples dinners! Due to what I have witnessed on multiple occasions I struggle to want to come back...

I placed a phone order last week for catering for about 10 people. The lady on the phone gave me a high price and I never got a physical receipt or email as promised.

On the day of the pick-up I went in and asked for a refund due to unforeseen weather that caused event cancellation. They told me I couldn’t get a full refund so they took my name and email.

They called me the Friday of that week and didn’t refund me. I went in the store to speak with the owner, he never got back to me. So I called a week later and got a Zelle refund from the worker who told me I could get 50% refund. I was upset that no one took me seriously and I was charged $200 from my account- all I took was a pizza!! So DON’T place catering orders here or your money gets stolen. I only...
