Interstate Bowl — Local services in Bristol

I called ahead the day before because a group of us were going to come in and bowl. There was seven of us in the group. The guy told me that he opened at ten. I said ok I shall see you then. We got up there and the parking lot was blocked off so we went and parked it over at ihop. We waited twenty minutes. The guy wasn't there so we all went to sams. Waited fifteen minutes there and I called. I asked the guy again..it was the same guy I spoke to the night before... What time it opened and he gave me the same response just with an attitude. I informed,him that we sat and waited for fifteen, and he was still giving me an attitude and said "well you couldn't have been sitting in our parking lot it was blocked off". Well ended up going ahead and going because it was the only day we all had off and needless to say I got nothing but attitude from the guy the whole time we were there. Will never be going. We used to have the kids b-day parties here. It was fairly inexpensive and lots of fun. But that was around 5yrs ago. I stopped in there on a Saturday night and it was pretty busy. They serve some alcohol and have a fair selection of food. Mostly pizza and appetizer type. But they've changed up the "arcade". Not a lot of actual games. You have to go to the counter on the other end of the place to have your money added to a card. Their kiosk wasn't working not sure if that's a permanent thing now. But out of the 3 claw machine games only 1 had actual prizes in it. The other 2 you just get rolls of tickets. 1 air hockey table, 2 skee ball games, and 2 games you sit inside of. There was maybe 3 other games that cost between 1.50 and 2.50 and you typically won 5-15 tickets. For 100 tickets u get a rubber duck. Was very disappointed. But the bowling side of it is great. Family friendly during the right hrs and grown up good times later...

The PIZZA was Great the cheese bread was on point however the drinks were disappointing the amount of alcohol you paid for VS what you got it's sad , they were only serving half shots not a full shot I will.say I know it's just a bowling alley bar but needs someone with more barthending experience to make it great a five star experience one more thing I will say they need to hire a better manager that doesn't bring his kids to work not being rude as much as I spent there we had to wait 30 minutes past our time of when we were to begin we were there a few minutes early THEN THE VERY LAST GAME IT GOT CUT OFF ON THE TENTH FRAME DIDNT HAVE THE COMMON COURTESY TO EVEN LET US FINISH OUR GAME !?!?!?!? Even though they made us wait 30 minutes to get what we paid quote a bit...
