As the owner of Newfound Boat Services, Iāve been a customer at Bristol OāReillyās Auto Parts for over 20 years. Recently, the new manager has been consistently rude, asking me to leave twice without cause and refusing payment on my $500-overdue, $2,000 business account. She dismissed my pricing concerns, belittling me despite my calm approach, and another customer witnessed her behavior, later supporting me outside. I bought a battery elsewhere after she questioned why I was there if prices were cheaper, which they were, with no core charge and scrap value offsetting costs. I urge management to address her conduct and work on fair pricing solutions, as I want to continue supporting this store, but these experiences make it difficult.
