This happened a few years ago but I feel that it should be heard. I also posted this on their Facebook but it seems they have "disabled" the review section. My husband and I walked into the store, as we normally would with our mini Aussie. We were greeted and our mini Aussie was loving the attention she was receiving. We began conversing with the owner of Woof! Woof! and as soon as I told her who our trainer was, she started flipping out on me. Repeatedly saying "she uses prongs!" "she uses prongs!" over and over again. I tried to get a word in saying "I'm with the trainer while my dog is getting trained and there was no prong collar used," but she didn't seem to understand and continued to harass me. My husband and I had to leave the store, and as we left a co-worker actually had to come out and apologize to us because the owner "refused" too. I found that disturbing. Except when I go in with my dog the women working had a dog there that was not friendly at all and the women was incredibly rude to me there. I asked what kind of dog it's a German Shepard which she kept behind the counter. Not to mention the lady basically kicked me out of the store when my puppy peed on a plastic toy, and made me pay 40$ for the toy. Read moreI liked the store and felt the owner was knowledgeable. I have a diabetic dog and wanted to get her something (I was on vacation). I found this salmon pate’ topper at this store & asked if it would be good for a dog with diabetes. The owner said yes. I should have checked the ingredients myself. It has potato starch which can cause glucose levels to spike. It did for my pup—spiked to 679. So, I would give this particular visit a 3; I would give myself a 1 for not checking ingredients myself.
