I wouldn’t recommend shopping here. They have poor customer service, and it honestly seems like a scam. They said they would get us our furniture straight from a warehouse, so we had to wait two weeks, but they sent us a dirty display. I attached a few pictures of a chair that I bought. You can clearly see the stains and scratches all around. When my mom told them about it, they changed what they had said and told her “if we want the chair we would have to wait 30-60 days for the new one” but they didn’t say that before. My dad also bought a speaker from them and they did the same thing, and gave him the display. They also gave us the wrong bedroom set and when we told them they acted like it was our fault that they wrote down the wrong one, and they said that if we wanted to cancel that we would have to pay 35% of the payment. Why should we pay for a mistake that they made ? They also forgot to write down that I had picked a mattress that I wanted in the receipt. And I asked if they took military discounts and they said yes, they gave me a military discount but then when I called them and told them that they delivered the wrong bedroom set, we tried to fix it at first and they said they weren’t going to give me a discount anymore on the bed that I actually wanted, so how do you have a military discount but your not gonna give it to me ? That makes no sense. Too many mistakes, save yourself the trouble and shop with a bigger more professional company. This is ridiculous.

Do not come here !!!!!! these people are the absolute worse. Communication is soooo bad here. I bought and drove 2 hours to pick up a bed frame. When I put it together It was missing a part. They told me it would be delivered 4 days after. I told them I would be at work and just to leave the part there, and was given the ok. Day the delivery was suppose to be made the driver calls me and says he’s 20 minutes away. I tell him I was told your suppose to just drop off the part. He says ok. I come back from work and it was not here. I calll, now they said they can bring it the next day. Get a call hour before they close, they’re now telling me they can’t deliver it tomorrow. HIGHLY unprofessional. When in fact, since they messed up my order in the first place they should make it their responsibly to make it right. Horrible business never dealt with this in my entire life! In the photo you can see one metal piece going from the headboard to the footboard. There should be another one just like that going from the headboard to the footboard.

First time coming to Jeru Furniture and we found exactly what we needed to get our new apartment furnished. Everything is very unique and beautiful making it such an excitement to receive my new furniture. Ahmad was awesome and super attentive, made it easy to picture the furniture in our room and living room from pulling out the measuring tape to make sure it fits properly. Very welcoming service and very pleasing experience for a first time. Definitely will be back and share with those I know about this location. If you want Unique and Classy furniture this is the place for you! Can’t wait to have my new bed set and couches!!!

First time coming to Jeru Furniture and we found exactly what we needed to get our new apartment furnished. Everything is very unique and beautiful making it such an excitement to receive my new furniture. I purchased a toddler bed on 11/26. I didn’t have any qualms about waiting for delivery so when I didn’t hear back about a delivery update after a week, I waited an additional week and decided to give the store a call. Upon my first call, I was told the bed had just shipped out and would be there by the following week. Another week came and went with no update so I called again after about a week and a half. I couldn’t get ahold of the warehouse manager so left my name and number to follow up, I still heard nothing. I call just before Christmas, figured it’s a busy time of year and they might not have gotten around to me. The woman who picked up was very kind and told me they would call me back . Again, no call. I call right after New Years. I was told that the Warehouse Manager was busy and couldn’t provide me with an update on my delivery. I asked when he would be working. They gave me a time and I called again a few days later and left another message. No call back. I call again the same day several hours later and asked to speak to a different manager. This manager let me know that the wrong item was shipped and my correct item is on its way to the warehouse and I’ll have to wait another 7-10 days. It’s been 6 weeks since I made my purchase and this was the first time someone actually provided me with an update. While I appreciate some concrete information as to why my order is so delayed, I’m giving a 1 star because of how horrible it was to get communication. I called several times with no call back, no transparency and no communication. Luckily, I am not pressed for this item right now but I can’t imagine leaving a client in the dust after paying $1200 for one item. I would rather pay double elsewhere and get better service than save a little bit of money and have to wait two months for my delivery with absolutely no communication until I started to give them a hard time. On November 7th I put a full size bed and a chest on layaway for my daughter as a bday/xmas gift. I put down $750 and I was going to pay off the balance on December 15th which is when the bed would be available! Well a week after I placed the furniture on layaway, I called to make a payment towards the balance and guess what ! THEY SOLD THE CHEST. This was a chest that was on the display floor and was the only one available since the manufacturer stopped making them for whatever reason. I was furious because I had already showed my daughter what I had picked out. Nonetheless I asked for a refund over the phone and I was told that the manager said he will give me a refund but I had to come in. I went in about a week later, the manager was the first person who greeted me upon entering the store and I gave him my receipt and told him I wanted a refund. We walked over to his desk and he pulled up the order on his computer. At this point you would think he would apologize for the error on their end , but nope. No apology whatsoever. In fact, he was trying to explain to me the company’s policy on how they don’t give a refund just a store credit. I said “trying” because I politely said ‘I don’t want to hear it. I just want a refund”. He thought I was being rude.I did not raise my voice at allll. I was just being firm that I wanted a refund and didn’t care about the stores policy. The nerve of him selling a chest to someone that was already on layaway AND for not apologizing. I’m sure he sold it to someone who gave him cash for it. He lacks Customer Service skills tremendously. To say the least, he gave me a refund and I took my business elsewhere. I will NEVER purchase anything...

I was supposed to have a delivery last Saturday between 12-6. I realized no one called me to confirm. So I called at 11am only to be told that my delivery was not happening because my bedroom set did not leave the warehouse and it will need to be rescheduled. Here it is December 21st 1 week before Christmas and I have sat around for now going on 6 hours waiting for my delivery without anyone calling to update me. Just me having to continue calling them to inquire on my own. This is tye worst experience I've ever had with furniture delivery. I will never shop with Jeru furniture again. How do you give someone a 6 hour window and expect them to wait around on a Saturday patiently. This store could never get another dollar of my hard earned money because clearly my time is not valuable.

I had no idea about the layaway term length because that was never discussed with me. Also if you give someone a date that the item is going to be delivered then do so. Don't tell me about waiting for 6 months for me If I knew I had to pay within 3 months I would have done so or I wouldn't have even put it on layaway. Also the first time my item was supposed to be delivered no one called me to tell me it was not I had to call and ask. And another thing when your drivers are sick have them stay home instead of coming to ppls house coughing all over the place without covering their mouth or using a mask. I didnt mention it before but I should now my bedroom set is beautiful but the whole process of getting it delivered was terrible. I waited the 6 hour+...
