Very good looking store with a lot of tasty options. Staff is friendly, orange juice is very fresh and the products used are high quality. There are some points that contribute for my 4 stars. I ordered a coxinha with catupiry (which came plain chicken) and asked the attendant to leave my tab open as I would order more food. After asking for a dream (sweet bread) she asked me if I would still get more stuff and I confirmed as I was planning take a lot of goodies home. Even though I said I wanted to leave it open she asked to pay at that time and open a new one later without giving me any reason. I think this was rude. I’ll definitely go back cause I think these are problems that can be solved and that’s why I’m addressing the issue, I hope next time it won’t be the same. *One suggestion is to have a ‘costumer suggestion box’ somewhere in the store so the clientele can give their feedbacks about service and shopping...

I placed a dine in order for a x-everything burger, I waited more than 35 minutes to get my burguer, everybody else that got there after me got their order ready first, they were not busy at the time I was there, so there was not an excuse for my order be taking so long to be made, and finale when someone decide to make my order they brought it to me in a to go bag, I was like what? When I 1st went the food was good so I went back to try something different it was good but I recently went and the food wasn’t good I ordered sides that weren’t right but I was in a rush so I didn’t notice until I went to eat my food and was disappointed because I paid for it and also tip generously but back to the food the piece of chicken I got was like leather thin and dry I work with food and know the chicken was days old I’m not sure if they got a new cook but they lost me as a customer for awhile ohh and also the chiros are all hard dough like a old piece of bread and also the dough they use for the desserts are way to thick and hard...
