Reply to owner: I called ahead to place a takeout order and contacted the restaurant at 10:00 to let them know I was on my way, mentioning I might be a little late. A different young lady answered and assured me it was fine. However, five minutes before my arrival, I received a call from a rude staff member who said, with an attitude, "Why would you order food if you're not going to be here by 10?" before hanging up on me. This was incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful.
When I arrived, all the doors were locked, but I saw the same young lady who had been rude on the phone standing upfront, ignoring me as I knocked. Thankfully, a man in the parking lot who said he worked for the owner escorted me to the back, where I spoke with a staff member (possibly a cook or dishwasher). The rude young lady then informed me they had thrown my order away because it was “past the time.” This was extremely frustrating, considering I had called ahead and was reassured it would be fine to arrive slightly late.
I was furious—not only because I had been treated so poorly over the phone, but also because I had made the trip to the restaurant intending to give them my business, only to find my nearly $100 order discarded. It was evident there were still staff in the restaurant cleaning up, so there was no excuse for this. All that was needed was a polite phone call letting me know the order couldn't be picked up anymore, and I would have gone home. Instead, I was met with unprofessionalism and a complete lack of respect.
To make matters worse, the audacity to respond to another customer’s review accusing them of intruding, when I was clearly escorted by an employee is ridiculous. The rude young lady upfront, does not belong in the service industry. This experience reflects poorly on the business as a whole.
This situation could have been handled with basic courtesy and clear communication, but instead, I was met with unnecessary hostility and a waste of time. I strongly recommend reevaluating the way your establishment operates and how your staff treats customers.

I have ordered from them several times via Doordash and let me just say they have never disappointed me once! The packaging ensures that your food can breath so you never get soggy fries. They arrive hot and crispy! The actual food is always so damn fresh. Whether it is chicken or shrimp you can always tell it was prepared fresh and not yesterday's reheated leftovers. You take a bite of their wings and the outer crunch meets tender juicy delicious chicken. Just the way I like it! Read moreI went here on a Saturday with my cousin after driving by and checking the reviews. We ordered scallops and fries after looking at the menu and they looked so big and juicy. Well we got a big surprise the scallops were so tiny and the plate looked like it was for a two year old. For the price this was not good the lady at the cash register said they were bay scallops and if we wanted the bigger ones. Remind you on the menu it does not state they have two different sizes and when ordering they never asked what size we wanted. The scallops taste like something out the freezer just terrible. Then we see the cook hawking a lewy of spit in the trash can by where he’s cooking. He noticed we seen him then closes the door to the kitchen.
