Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Brockton

Bro...I've always had bad experiences here but I've tolerated it because I like popeyes. Today was the worst it's ever been, & I'm never going back. First thing: I never get my sauces. Not once. Not ever. Today was no exception. Second thing: I ordered wings & there was a puddle of sauce at the bottom of my bag, covering my sandwiches & everything else that was in there. I had to wipe everything off as I was taking it out of the bag & then serve everything on plates. If I'm ordering lazy food I should at least have the option of eating it lazily. Third thing: The boxes were completely crushed & upside down like someone literally threw everything in the bag & deliberately crushed the boxes. Fourth thing: The sandwiches weren't what we ordered. We wanted spicy sandwiches & all they did was glob a ton of mayo on them. Fifth thing: My wife's chicken sandwich was rancid & she threw up a few hours after taking one bite. Sixth: The Mac n' Cheese was a congealed clump that was lukewarm. & lastly: Why do you all have to be so rude & miserable? I've worked as a fry cook at many restaurants, you fry food & throw it in a warmer. If no one buys it you throw it out after an hour or two & make a new batch. It's so simple. Acting like you can't be bothered with my business, foh. Either handle the heat or gtfo of the kitchen bro. & Stop leaving your good attitude at home, it's part of your uniform....

I placed a mobile order and went to the drive thru where I told them the response I got was “inside”. I repeated it was just a mobile order picked up. “Inside”. I then asked are you telling me I have to come inside to pick up?!? “Inside”. Ok now I’m aggravated but fine. I go inside multiple people waiting frustrated aggravated so I wait and tell them mobile AGAIN which I placed over thirty mins prior and they start to make it now. Ok fine. No mild breast or wings. Ok fine. I’m frustrated just give me whatever. I then had to wait what seemed like another thirty mins for a small fry. Ok fine. I get home open it up. The spicy chicken I got instead of mild was burnt and tasted like old burnt chicken grease which made me instantly nauseous. Then my 14 tenders was more like 7 depending on what you call a tender and what you call crust. The food was just as bad as the service. And my kids couldn’t eat any of the food because the mild tasted spicy. I’m officially done with Popeyes I can’t remember a time the food or the...

Horrible. Left us and many others standing there without taking our orders. Attitudes and eye rolling. Like they were upset people came in to order food and have them work. Food was cold and dry. Best thing was the fanta. Sad to spend that much money just to have poor service and food. Not sure I have ever seen people act so poorly in customer service. Really need to hire people who can actually greet customers. The atmosphere was toxic. I was missing food and wanted a refund but it was pointless trying to get them to help. Many people ordered in advance but their tickets just hung there. The employees didn't even attempt to fill them. Another customer mentioned they are always like that, "slow and unfriendly". There has got to be a limit of food they can cook in advance and just let sit there. There were mounds of food...I asked for hot fresh fries and they still gave me the cold limp ones. Chicken nuggets weren't edible so I gave my grandson my chicken. Best thing...
