Purchased silcone waterpipe roughly a month ago. Girl with blonde hair switched out the glass bowl that came with the actual waterpipe for one with a built in screen. Stated it would work "much better" only to get home and use it ONCE before the entire bowl was clogged. Upon calling the owner and asking if I can bring the CLEAN bowl that DID NOT go with my waterpipe back to get the one it was supposed to come with she told me that she can't just switch them. Funny, they had no issue switching them before I spent $40 but not after they had RIPPED ME OFF. Not the first time this noob girl ruined my experience. I would give zero stars if I could. The first water 6"tall piece I bought, the glass was so weak, it broke just from a bump. Next I decide to spend well over 100 on a 2foot tall glass percolator, which was so crappy first the inside compartments started breaking one by tone until it snapped in half! (You don't even touch the inside btw) now I decided to buy a bubbler for $65 and when I got it home the mouthpiece snapped the min after I sat it down.
