We went to the fair and went to get a permanent anklet, the sign said it was $10 for one! So we went ahead and got one and once it was already welded on us and we thought we had already paid she said no actually its $40 EACH so we had no choice but to pay for it because it was already on us and there was a line!!! we got scammed and neither of us where happy about it!!
