The worst pizza hut in the broken arrow area to work for or get pizza from. I started back there in late august just as a csr got them down to the lowest abandon call rate in the area just to get underapprecaited and no good job or keep up the good work. Then i started to help to be a cook and server because of prevous experience in my past from working at other stores to work with people that choose favorites if they dont like you they will purpously push your buttons to get you pissed off enough to mess up and get fired or quite. I have experienced this first hand and was told by 3 employees to try to purpously piss off a shift leader just because they didnt like her since she didnt have enough training yet messing up. They dont work as a team unless they like you. When it comes to addressing problems forget about it 3 rgms within less then 4 months there is no real management established at all. On top of all that almost all of the employees there dont have a food handlers permit or slick restant shoes. Most of them dont wash there hands before handling food let alone wear gloves to make customers food. Not only that but they constantly mess up customers food or shorten how much toppings or product is really suppose to be on customers food. I have witnessed several customers not return anymore because of there on...
Read moreIf you're in the mood for delicious pizza, Pizza Hut is the place to be. During my recent visit, I was blown away by the quality of the food and the exceptional service I received. From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted by a friendly and welcoming woman who was both cooking pizzas and answering phones.
Despite being the only one on staff, she remained calm, cool, and collected, with a smile on her face the whole time. She quickly took my order and made sure everything was to my liking. As I waited for my pizza, I noticed that the restaurant was spotlessly clean, with all surfaces wiped down and the floors swept and mopped.
When my pizza arrived, it was piping hot and absolutely delicious. The crust was crispy and flavorful, and the toppings were fresh and perfectly cooked. The cheese was gooey and melted just right, creating a mouth-watering masterpiece of a pizza.
Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with my experience at Pizza Hut. The woman working the front desk was a true multitasking pro, and the cleanliness of the restaurant added to the overall positive experience. If you're looking for fantastic pizza and great service, Pizza Hut is the...
Read moreHadn't been to PH in years. The advertisement campaign about their New Yorker was in my mind for awhile. I drove past my regular place and took a chance here.
I didn't like the pie. Maybe it's me because they do get decent reviews. I thought the pie was a little greasy. The mozzarella was not, in my opinion, of first quality. There was no elasticity to the cheese and it appeared that it was too finely shredded. The texture felt clumpy in my mouth. The breading tasted like industrial white bread. The cupped pepperoni was tasty though.
I know this is a chain but I was disappointed in what I thought would be a representation of a Neopolitan pie. Born in NYC and spent most of my life eating New York pizza. It certainly doesn't make me an expert but this is Pizza Hut's more expensive offerings. It looked like a New York pie but didn't taste like it. Again, it may be just my taste and your...
