The place is clean with modern styling. The wait staff has always been friendly. The overall service during lunch and dinners have both been very satisfactory. Chips and salsa are served with a personal cup of creamy white queso. My wife felt their standard table salsa had more of a punch of heat than most places buy enjoyed the overall flavor. Their spicy salsa is more chunky with great flavor and spice. We've only had various enchiladas dishes throughout our visits. I've seen fajitas being served to another table and almost switched it up one day, but I stayed true to what I originally went in for. It doesn't matter which type of enchiladas you order you'll like because they are all good. Even all the enchiladas sauces are all good. I will admit their queso is very delicious and my typical goto, plus they don't charge you extra unlike most Mexican restaurants. I personally don't indulge in rice and beans, but they happily substitute them for guacamole, and it is has always been flavorful and fresh. Price wise, they are about average. Overall, I've always had a pleasant and error free experiences throughout the years.

Señor Pancho’s is now on our list of “places to go again” when we’re in the Broken Arrow area. Their set up included a rich, white queso and a salsa that we both really enjoyed. Mrs. Flip Out had their carne asada and it was exceptional. The meat had outstanding flavor and was tender. The additions of the pepper, jalapeño, and onion added an extra dimension to the entree. Little Flip Out had his usual taco and enjoyed it. Littlest Flip Out enjoyed the carne asada that Mrs. Flip Out shared with him. I was undecided so I went with a combo plate with a tostada, burrito with the white queso, and a cheese enchilada with chili sauce. First off, their chili sauce had a surprisingly unique flavor that complimented the cheese enchilada really well. Everything exceeded my expectations. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the atmosphere was clean and bright. We enjoyed our experience here very much!

We had the Spinach Enchiladas and the Enchiladas Mexicanas. The filling was a mixture of fresh spinach, chopped tomatoes and onions with queso. My Enchiladas Mexicanas were a chicken enchilada/ tomatillo sauce, a cheese enchilada/ white cheese sauce, and a beef enchilada/red sauce, all topped with lettuce, pico de gallo, and shredded cheese. Both meals served with rice and beans. They were generously filled with seasoned meat and cheese. I especially liked their green, hot table salsa. It is a fresh tasting salsa made from roasted jalapenos, cilantro and small chunks of avocado. The food at all of the Senior Pancho locations are about the same. Not my top choice for Mexican food in the Tulsa area.

I know I have given a review of this place before but I cannot stress enough how great and authentic the food, wait staff, and the owner is! This is not your typical Tex-Mex Mexican food, this is truly Authentic Mexican food! They are very generous with the size portions of food with great prices. The wait staff are very friendly, courteous, great manners, frequently checking on you to make sure everything is good, needing anything more, etc. Their mixed drinks are awesome, selection of beers is spot on. We had my youngest son's birthday/ welcoming home both sons from deployment the same night there and despite how many family members and friends we had there(there was alot) they were fantastic at waiting and serving us, overall making it all a great experience! My family and friends will not go to just any Mexican food restaurant anymore. This has become the only place for us to eat when wanting Mexican food. They treat you like family there. Highly recommend this place whether it's for a quick meal, date night or celebration of any kind. They truly make you...
