Seeing their extremely professional response says exactly the service that was provided.. if you need a customer to read something on your site might want to specify that with in the Facebook chat messages that you are having not just send a link with no context. I never demanded a thing, I went off your continued statement that you offered the most competitive amounts in town. I had the entire Facebook conversation where I specifically state that I would be bring the entire lot, which you seen photos of all I was selling. You stated you don’t see anything that would not cause you to not make a cash offer. I never demanded simply stated what I was looking to collect from all. And thank you for wishing me well on selling via Facebook, I have sold several sets on there already. Honestly your passive aggressiveness and hostility shows exactly the type of business you run. Read moreDon't waste your time. Not only do they barley have anything worth buying, they don't really want you to sell your art. They told me that I could put my shadow box art pieces on top of the Horror section's shelf. After placing them I asked what the policy was if someone should damage it by knocking it down. They told me that it was my responsibility to keep it secure since they were not making money off of any sale, and to use self adhesive velcro strips. I don't have money to spend on that, and I did not want to possibly deface my shadow boxes. Especially when one of them is custom made and cost me $100. I told the guy up front that I'll just absorb the risk. Even if they could be knocked down, at least they were being displayed. I get a call, later in the same day, telling me that I didn't put them against the wall, where the Horror section is not, and that "since they aren't secure when can you pick them up?". I don't have a car. This store is a mile from my apartment complex and I had just gotten home from a four mile round trip on foot.
