I went in with the problem with voicemail I'm unable to listen to my voicemails and it's affecting my health issues recently I had back surgery and I have pending appointments I'm a veteran so I've been referred out from the VA and at a crucial time expecting voicemail instructions from various doctor groups the agent was very helpful , patient she attempted by calling tech they were unable to solve it so I ended up leaving there still unable to use voicemail or listen to voicemail I'm supposed to check in with them in the next 72 hours to see if there able to solve the problem for me I'm not feeling very well about the time involved to solve this I'm watching the clock and it's making me nervous could be up to 3 days as I've mentioned doesn't seem right I never have been fond of tech.
