Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Broken Bow

I LOVE Amy and Micha at Broken Bow Sonic (hope I spelled his name right). I am a very picy customer and they always seem to make my food PERFECT. I have never been to sonic before them, and been able to leave with all my food screwed up! I actuqlly stopped going there for a lond time. I tried them again, and was lucky enough to make it to work with my food made CORRECT. And there kindness, manneres and customer service is on point!!!! I hope Sonic takes good care of these two. Because yall have had alot of HORBILE employees there before who ran off buisness!!! These are the only two people I will ask to make my food now. And if Micha isn't there to cook it, Amy will always take over and cook it for me. If she isnt there to take my order, then Micha always has my back, knows what I want and fixes it to perfection. There 2 of the best employees yall could be blessed with. Take care of THEM, so ya'll can get your customers back!!!!

The manager on night shift on 3/1/25 was rude as hell! This sonic is going downhill by the day! I ordered a drink and a shake and 2 chili cheese burritos. It’s not the carhops fault. Let me make that clear. It is the MANAGER! I didn’t get my drink and my 2 chili cheese burritos were cold. I took 2 bites out of one of the 2 chili cheese burritos and spit the 2nd bite out because it was COLD. The manager came out with an attitude and rudely said so WHAT DO YOU WANT?! Well I want the right order and hot please! She stormed off and brought back 2 burritos with less than 1/2 the chili cheese and Fritos of the original cold ones. Im halfway scared to eat them! I should’ve just took the original one’s home and put them in microwave and avoided the rudeness and kept the decently made burritos (tho they were cold)! I go to Sonic all the time and usually have a great experience but this manager was just rude and doesnt need to be a manager anywhere! I will be calling corporate in the morning about her rudeness! Simple fix. No need to be rude.

My husband and I stopped in to get drinks that I had ordered on the app. The wait wasn't long, but when the car hop made it to our vehicle, my husband rolled his window down and the first thing the car hop said was "Why even order a diet Dr. Pepper if you're just gonna have us dump it full of sugar, that's weird, that's more sugar than most candy has in it!" I was shocked, my husband just looked at him and said "I don't know" because he didn't even know what I ordered and the car hop just continued to talk about the sugar 🤦‍♀️ It was Diet Dr. Pepper with the dirty soda option. I already knew it had carbs, but thanks for ruining my drink and making me feel bad about my choices... I guess if you're trying to eat/drink healthy they will help you out. They might as well only serve water if you're going to be rude to...
