I'm giving this business a one star & only due its cleanliness & the variety of unique items. My girlfriends & I have had our ladies retreat planned for several months & arrived last night. Today when we were out shopping, we stopped in your store to buy somethings to take back home. None of us were ever greeted, there was a male sitting at a table drawing out a sign with a child next to him & a female was behind the counter watching something on her device. A couple of my girlfriends were standing next to me when 8 YOUNG women walked in. The male immediately greeted them, asked them what brought them & several replied, "We're on a GIRL'S TRIP!" The man continued to smile & have conversations with the young women, asking if it was a special occasion, they replied that it was one of their birthday's. We are all 50+ years, were ignored & felt totally discriminated against. We returned our items to your shelves & left without purchasing a thing! The Forest Store is a beautiful place filled with fun, trendy knickknacks – it’s definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area! The atmosphere is cozy, and we enjoyed browsing through the unique selection of items. A highlight of our visit was meeting the owner, who was incredibly friendly and welcoming.

However, our experience with the staff was less than ideal. The girl working at the time was quite rude. We called ahead with a couple of questions, and when she answered the phone with just a “hello,” it felt unprofessional and confusing. Later, when we asked what shirt size that was on a mannequin, she shrugged and said, “I don’t know ” didn’t bother to check.
