I recently visited Five Senses Salon Spa in Brookhaven, GA, and it was truly the highlight of my off day! I had been dying to try a head spa after seeing videos online, and Five Senses exceeded all my expectations.

Finding the location was a little tricky because it’s a newer, developing area. My GPS said I arrived, but I didn’t see a clear sign right away. I called the salon, and the friendly receptionist let me know they share a space with Le Nail Salon — once I spotted that, I knew I was in the right place. The area is beautiful and modern, with green signs outside listing the businesses.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly. They were excited to hear this was my first head spa experience and explained everything thoroughly. They allowed me to use their restroom first — and wow, it was immaculate, modern, and even had a self-functioning toilet (I've never seen anything like it!).

Before starting the service, they treated me to a relaxing foot soak with flower petals — such a nice touch! They also offered me a coconut cookie snack, which was absolutely delicious (I’m still dreaming about it!).

When it was time to start, they had me change into a satin slip and robe, which felt very luxurious. The massage itself was beyond words — relaxing, thorough, and soothing. The water halo sound during the scalp treatment actually put me to sleep; it was that calming.

After a detailed scalp scrub, shampoo, and conditioner, my hair was steamed and then blow-dried at the dry bar. I didn’t ask for any particular style — just a simple blow-dry to finish off a perfect experience.

Special shoutout to Ms. Brenda, who was absolutely outstanding! Her attention to detail made the experience unforgettable. Thank you, Five Senses Salon Spa, for making my day so special. I will definitely be back and highly recommend anyone looking for true relaxation...

Everything about this was superior. Se went for my bff Birthday. We arrived and they were so sweet and welcoming. They had some balloons waiting on her bed. And were genuinely happy and excited. Saw that we had a girls date and offered to take pictures. Come to find out one of the ladies with the biggest smile and fun playful energy was the owner. It made me and my friend feel so comfortable and excited for our first time. We both have the same personality as the owner and loved the vibe. Then of course it was relaxation time. So everything became zen and professional. The session was absolutely amazing. I felt almost drugged afterwards when I stood up. Then! They had a dry bar where you could go and they’d blow dry your hair or let you do your own. And could use their nice hair products and use their hot tools to style your own hair. It was my friend’s birthday outing and we had dinner plans after. We were worried we’d be sent out with wet hair in a clip like some places. Not only did they dry your hair but like I said you got to style your own how you like it, use root spray and hair spray products. We got all dolled up and then went to the car to put on make up for dinner! Before heading out we had a wonderful conversation with the owner Nikki and she recommended some nice places to eat.

Please go to this place for the headspace experience and support this business. She has built it from the ground up TWICE after having a tragedy with the first. She has spectacular coming plans to restore her business to a larger luxurious facility and even shared her amazing artistic talent. She did everything at the shop. Trash, phone, cleaning, greeting, services etc. She really takes pride in her business and it shows. We will definitely be back and can’t wait to see its growth and new exciting locations. Definitely gives a VIP friendly and relaxing atmosphere...

5 Senses Head Spa is an absolute gem! My experience here was nothing short of amazing. I had the pleasure of working with Brenda, and let me tell you—she has the hands of God! Not only was she incredibly skilled, but she was also the sweetest person. I was running a few minutes late, but Brenda went out of her way to accommodate me and ensure I still got the full experience I wanted.

The moment I sat in that chair, I felt completely at ease. I even fell asleep during the session because Brenda’s hands were pure magic. She delivered beyond my expectations!

I originally found this place through a Google search, and I’m so glad I did. The luxurious ambiance and the warm, welcoming environment made me feel secure and valued, especially as someone with my hair texture(4C natural hair girly). It’s rare to find a place that offers this level of care and inclusivity.

I can’t wait to come back, and I’m already recommending it to everyone I know. If you’re looking for an exceptional head spa experience, Five Cents is the place to go. I’d give it 10...
