The restaurant owner an Asian lady that works the front, is very very arrogant, rude and down right cold and unapproachable. Today I went in to order takeout and had questions about the spice level of the Kong Pao chicken dinner and could it be less spicy… she didn’t want to answer basic questions, I asked what it comes with ? hesitant to answer, just very short and very irritated that I had questions, I asked can I get vegetable fried rice.. no it come with white rice or you can have egg fried rice. … note while saying all this she’s walking away and giving no eye contact. she really wanted me to leave her demeanor and short answer was clear. Then I just ordered shrimp and lobster sauce at this point I knew not to ask any additional questions, she wouldn’t even tell me how long would the wait be. Note the menu leaves many questions ,, no ingredient details on any dishes” I will never support this restaurant again” I’ve been a delivery driver for this restaurant a few times before purchasing from them today and they clearly discriminate against ethnic groups of drivers… Black drivers are asked to confirm an order before they put it in the driver hand and your told “I need to see it on your phone” however when white delivery drivers come in to pickup they ask for name and code# and they thank them , and the driver is on their way. Customers stay away from the restaurant until the owner is polite and kind they provide good customer service, and everyone is treated equally regardless of your race See the photo attached there’s no egg in...

Best Egg Foo Young and Fried Rice I've experienced in Atlanta. Top 3 on my list ever experienced in life. The service was great. Leon and Tony where awesome... both guys are welcoming, transparent, humorous and knowledgeable of all the dishes and even included inside tips and suggestions on making dishes even better with add-ons.

The portion are generous, let me repeat!!! It's a ALOT FOSHO FOSHO..!!! and so "dang on" good!!! Each dish my wife and I ordered was to much for one. We shared and brought a lot back home for the next day which was even better tasting.. brown gravy..OMG you can put it on dang near everything and I mean it straight slap!

Prices where fair and we spent over $130 because I'm extra and like hot sake and beer my ordered mixed drinks also. Fortune Cookie is a clean and nicely laid out restaurant or nice feng shui very chill atmosphere. No way live here in the A and haven't tried this place, if visiting the city you have to try it, get it to go because people where in and out of this place.

FYI: My wife never liked shrimp, beef and chicken(3meats) egg foo young she thought it was gross. after this place she is in love with it and looks forward to getting it more then me. P.S. if you do try the egg foo young or sweet and sour chicken or pepper steak, try it with cayenne pepper so bring some..clearly I like spice..lol...

OMG, this was amazing! Now, I've eaten here way before the pandemic and to be honest, I kinda forgot about the place! One reason being is because they are so far away! Just resenly I had been craving some fried rice which is very hard to come by in my end of the pond! So while searching on the Google, I was reunited with this place again! While checking out their menu, I saw that they had walnut shrimp! Now that was on Sunday! Well, I discovered that they are not open on Mondays! Once they reopen, I called and placed my togo order! Because I lived on the otherside of the county, it took awhile for me to get there and in 5 o'clock traffic. I arrived and picked up my order! Once I returned home I dug in! OMG, I was in heaven! The flavors of the shrimp and the walnuts were out of this world! My tummy is still dancing and jumping for joy! The vegetables fried rice was ok! For me it could have used more vegetables instead of what seemed like fragments compared to the amount of rice! The next time I order the walnuts and shrimp, I will add a pinch of cayenne pepper just cause I like some heat! But the fried rice still paired very well with the shrimp and walnuts that was swimming in this is delicious sweet cream sauce! I can't wait to go back for a date night dinner! I love good food and this was very...

I'm baffled that this place doesn't have 5 stars. I've been going here for years and I can say without reservation that Fortune Cookie has some of the best Chinese food (This kind of Chinese food most Americans are familiar with) in Atlanta. I've tried many items on the menu and have NEVER been disappointed. My favorite dish is their Mongolian Beef. It's the best I've ever had in my entire life. So delicious! Their hot and sour soup is also the best I've ever had anywhere. Lastly, you HAVE to try their house-made hot mustard sauce. It is the most incredible hot mustard I've had anywhere..ever. Half the reason I go here is for the hot mustard sauce. It'll clear out those sinuses instantly. Make sure you request this! The one "negative" thing I'll add, just for the sake of honestly, is that the dining room can get a bit noisy when the restaurant is busy. But it's worth it.

This is by far one of the best Chinese Restaurants that I have found in the area in a long time. The food is absolutely amazing, it's obvious they put a lot of care into making it delicious and full flavored. The hot and sour soup was actually spicy and thick with all of the expected flavors popping vibrantly from it. The crab rangoon was also excellent, expertly fried crispy, not soggy and high quality breading. The sesame chicken was crispy and obviously fried when I ordered it and not fried in advance sitting to the side to get soggy, and they use the better, darker and sweeter sauce instead of the red vinegary sauce which I dislike. There weren't very many drink options but the Chinese beer they serve is very tasty as well. The staff was very quick and attentive and my food came out really quickly. This is a hidden gem in this shopping center but I highly recommend it.
