One of the worst customer service experiences my mother and I have ever seen! I will say, had it not been for Nikki, the lady behind the counter I probably would give a 4-star rating, but Nikki was so unprofessional, rude, lazy, and wouldn't accept any responsibility and tried to blame it on the nurses. So without diving into every detail, Iâll give the highlights⌠When we walked in, Nikki was waiting behind the counter and asked us if it was our first time at Vida-flow. It was our first time and we told her that and began flipping through the confusing brochure/menu at the front. Nikki informed us that because it was our first day we would be getting âMember pricingâ today. That included the IV and 3 standard add-ons. Me and my mom were trying to make sense of the brochure and even asked a few questions (one of which had to do with member pricing vs. regular pricing) that were completely ignored by Nikki. Once we were in our chairs and telling the nurses what we wanted in our IV, we decided to also add-on one of the âpremium add-onsâ which was $35 for members and $70 for regulars. Because we were told by Nikki that we were receiving members pricing today we both decided to go ahead and do the $35 add-on. Then we do our IVâs with the add-ons and had a decent experience (like I said before, we wouldâve given a 4 star had it not been for what happened next.) We go to checkout with Nikki and she tell us that since we chose to do the $70 add-on we will both be paying the first time member price for the IV ($69) and a $70 premium add on fee. My mom (calmly) said that we were under the assumption that we would only pay $35 for the add on, not $70 because you told us we receive member pricing for our first day. Nikki defensively and very inappropriately responds âNo I didnât! I never said that! You didnât hear me right! We have cameras! Iâll pull up the videos right now because I never said that!â We were blown away at how she just spoke to us and once again we calmly said that we believed she that we were getting member pricing today and had we known that we would not have paid $70 extra dollars (double the price of the IV + 3 standard add-ons) for just one premium add-on. Nikki continued to basically yell at us and call us liars while also trying to throw the nurses under the bus. We asked if there was a supervisor around that we could speak too and Nikki stormed off into the next room to call the supervisor. A few minutes later she came back and said she was going to âput this in the system so that if we go to other Vida-flowâs locations in Atlanta, theyâll have these notesâ so we wouldnât be able to scam the other locations. Seriously Nikki? Youâre accusing us of scamming the system when you were unclear and didnât explain things even when we had questions right in front of you? Nikki did not apologize at any point for any of the confusion and continued to blame us for not understanding and the nurses for not explaining things to us. Nikki did not do a good job of explaining anything and then did a terrible job of handling the miscommunication. There were also a couple of other things Nikki messed up after this regarding checking us out and adding gratuity but Iâll leave that out of here. Overall, Nikki you made an otherwise pleasant experience at Vida-flow so bad that I and my mother will most likely never come back, but also whenever we hear someone talk about possibly going to Vida-flow, tell them about our bad experience. My advice to whatever superior who reads this is to consider letting Nikki go or at least move her to a position where she does not interact with anybody. I started my membership with this company over a year ago and every month they get nearly $60 from account and Iâve only visited the location about once or twice. I looked at the time that I arrived at the location which was 6:29 PM the signage on the outside of the door says that walk-ins are welcome and they are open daily until 7 PM. Before I could approach the counter a representative by the name of KARA looked over her shoulder and Stated we are no longer doing IVs. I made my way to the counter and stated that on Google and on your signage outdoors it says that you donât close until 7 PM is thereâs something wrong with your IVs as to why youâre closing early she explained that she couldnât get me in the system it was too late. I said so if you close at 7 oâclock and I drove over 30 minutes plus I have a membership do you think that you should refuse my service. She rudely Replied that it was my choice to choose a membership and if I only decided to come once a year then she had nothing to do with that And she proceeded to give me termination papers. I asked if there was someone that she can put me in contact with other than herself such as a manager and she said no. She refused to give me her last name and told me that âthey know who I amâ I then proceeded to say that I will be in contact with the register trade agent of this company because the The signage on the outdoor as well as the information on the website and Google is misleading and I felt discriminated against because I arrived before the closing of the store and was refused services. I will be terminating my contract with the company because itâs evident that I wasnât valued. I have pictures of the signage outdoors as well as screenshots of the website that shows the hours. This is ridiculous and the customer service was horrible. Kara Knows nothing about having compassion towards customers. I know for a fact my first time coming here the IV drip was only about 20 minutes long if that and it Wouldnât have taken long for me to get an IV especially at the driving 30 minutes to patronize a location that I chose to have a membership with And also have referred others for services. On 3/29/2022, I had a horrible experience (customer service) which I will not recommend or return to this location.
I made an appointment for 630pm. Almost a month into my membership, I feel like it has made an incredible health difference. I recently had simple in-and-out foot surgery, and my mom came in town to visit, and I believe this would have been something she would have benefited from.
I arrived seven minutes after 630, and the representative by the name of Sunny, I believe, just wasnât friendly or very customer service professional, if that makes any sense
I was walking in on crutches and a boot. The representative just looked and said are you here for an appointment, and I said yes she responded well, we close in 30 minutes. It takes about 45 minutes. Youâre late And then she responded do you want to reschedule
it was very distasteful, especially bringing a visitor, and I didnât expect to have that kind of experience over seven minutes
