Upgraded a couple phones on Dec 6th and this TMobile team was aMazing that day!….one of the phones was for my sons Xmas gift. I was assured that an appt was made the day after Xmas the minute the doors opened so I could secure it to be activated with no headache. Not the case at all! The store manager Liz was super helpful the first initial visit But upon arrival today to my appt time which was 11am- when the store opened (I was told)- there was 4 people waiting to be serviced while Liz was busy servicing another family with activating their phones and Brandon was busy with another couple. How could this be when the store opens at 11? It was 10:55. Other customers had been waiting. Liz finally could tell customers were walking in and there was zero organization. She started taking a list but when I asked her about my 11am she was clueless and said I had to wait and they were way too busy. This is ridiculous. I understand it is “the day after Christmas” but WHY was the store open before 11?? And I was told by Liz that they opened at 11 even right at that moment when it was obvious they didn’t. When I asked more questions I was treated like I was asking too much. I own a shop right down the street from this business that is based on appts. I would NEVER run my operation this way. T-Mobile Corporate needs to do more to staff these locations. I contacted T-Mobile in the parking lot and was put into a loop of transferred auto calls so I called that Brooklawn store to have them make the appt. Brandon answered the phone but could not make an appt for me and brushed me off. Customer service is lost these days and there is literally nothing as a consumer we can do. I ended up logging into SPRINT once I got home and they walked me through step by step - 2 hours and a HUGE headache later - the phone was up and running .    Read moreWent to this location to complete account verification for an online order. Was there for 4 hours and still was unsuccessful with my visit. The General manager Toshea assumed I didn’t have the required documents to complete the verification, yet the online rep in the appropriate department sent me to this store to complete this verification process. Upon trying to complete this process my service was disconnected on my current phone and I was without any way to make calls to complete this process online with the correct department. Toshea refuses to let me use the store phone even though they were going to have to speak with the online rep to finalize the account verification. I am now stranded in a state I don’t reside in with no way to get home nor make calls to have someone come get me. This is a huge lack of professionalism on their part and have completely naked a fool of me to where I have felt treated like an animal. I advise anyone in the future to no longer take their business to this location and I will be filling a formal complaint as well. I suffer from anxiety and this whole situation has me to the point I am feeling that I will have a panic attack.    Read moreI am aware and have more knowledge of each individual phone or product there,they did not help 100% at all,they weren't rude just lazy and lack of knowledge,Its a shame during this time because of pandemic and so there's not a lot of costumers so any one working but not busy should appreciate and be great full for any job,because we all know companies can easily see that particular branch and location and see no sales are getting what they should be getting,but that's why I'm will and able to sell any products from home for any company guaranteed 100% I keep the bar high of all expectations just waiting for emails to help thank you. Don't ever buy stuff from T-Mobile because they don't know anything about any phone and they won't do anything to fix any phone or send any phone to get fixed right now is the time you have to have actions and actions is what keeps jobs and businesses and names alive everybody with contracts are...
