Just a very good experience. I took my grandmother's engagement ring and 2 other 1930's rings and had Mr Kotter take a look at them. I was very pleased with the info he provided (appraised and discussed having to size up so many sizes.....)and proceeded to have the engagement ring sized to fit my "plump" finger. For the work that was done; size adjustment, replacing missing small diamond and cleaning, the price was very reasonable. *That was April, it's now September and the stretched, thin, ring band is still intact. Will definitely take another one of the rings back to Mr Kotter for resizing, repair and cleaning.

On a side note, my parents and myself had always gone to Mund for our jewelry and repair, and always had a great experience. I was saddened to hear of Mr Munds passing several months back, but so happy to see Mr Kotter continuing the excellent...

I come here for all of my jewelry needs! These guys are the best, they have fixed countless numbers of my watches and always for a reasonable price. When it came time to propose to my girlfriend, they were able to repair and resize a platinum diamond ring that belonged to my great-great grandmother in 1910. I knew I could trust them with that heirloom and they did not disappoint. They even had an era-appropriate ring box, above and beyond! Their work is always amazing and their pricing always fair.

UPDATE: My now-wife and I went to Kotter and Mund to get our wedding bands made. They did a lovely job making our platinum bands, especially customizing hers to fit against the engagement ring. They even added both diamond and engraving details to make it match the style of...
