Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Brooklawn

I honestly stopped going to this one awhile ago.. the manager old lady with glasses Ariana always is rude and has an attitude problems she will try to charge you for anything you get on the side when its supposed to be free...tonight the girl making the food was absolutely horrible had a very nasty attitude even threw down the spoon because I asked for a little extra corn in my bowl and I asked her is it a problem she ignored me then after I paid she went to another employee to talk about me its sad I can't get any names because nobody wears name tags and I guarantee they do that on purpose because of this reason where nobody can complain on the horrible customer service from employees and management so sad you use your hard earned money here just to get attitudes and overcharged.. certain staff need retraining I will say the gentleman who we first had doing the bowl was very nice but the girl who was doing the toppings was horrible tonight Oct 8th at...

This place probably hasn't opened yet because it can't staff anybody. A few friends and I applied to work at this location, and for training we had to go to a Blackwood location, the staff that was already there treated us horribly, and it was definitely nothing like we expected. Everything from the management to the employees who are supposed to be training us or downright disrespectful, and most of them didn't even speak English. Now, I don't care if you don't speak English, but how are you to train people that do speak English? I was never a fan of Chipotle until the one in brooklawn opened up,I decided to give it another try. With it being new,the food was great and portions were spot on. Overall I enjoy going to this location, my husband and I go maybe 2 to 3 times per week, our last two visits I feel like the service has dipped.i had to ask twice to put more cheese in my bowl because it was literally a sprinkle and once to have more steak put into my bowl as it was maybe less than the spoon scoop.
