The only place i go for my pet supply needs!! ⭐️- Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Even when it comes to the not-so-average pets, like ferrets and sugar gliders. I've had many intelligent conversations with staff members about what products would be best..... ⭐️- Which they have a huge selection of. Name your product, and name something you don5 like about it, and they'll know exactly which one i will be happy with, and they will have it in stock. ⭐️- My mom gets her dog groomed here, and she has nothing but great things to say about the dog Grooming. If you knew the relationship my mom had wuth her dog, you would know that this goes way beyond a compliment. I wish my mom spoke that highly of me sometimes. ⭐️- This star is for the cleanliness of the store. I've witnessed many animal accidents on the floor, and just the plain fact that they are a pet store would normally mean that the store would smell like it. Not here. They keep this store hospital clean, and it shows and smells like it. ⭐️- Shopping here is just an overall pleasurable experience. Whenever i have to come here, I'm never just in and out. NICE describes the experience perfectly. The people, the pets, the products. Even if we just need one item, my daughter and i make a whole trip out of it. Its the closest thing to a pet paradise next to a zoo, and i love it! — if you have, and love your pets like i do, you don't need to shop for pet supplies, advice, or training anywhere else. ⭐️- If i can make a suggestion. More events that are geared towards bringing the whole family to always stimulated positive buzz for the Petco i used to live near. My daughter used to love seeing Ruff and Mews...

The best experience ever! From the moment we booked til we checked out! When we booked Tonka’s grooming appointment we explained that he was very skiddish and scared of everything. He was turned away in Petco in Cherry Hill, not even 10 minutes later they called me saying they couldn’t do absolutely anything. They happily booked him, they said that they would take their time with him and have someone else for support. Tristan was Tonka’s groomer. She listened to absolutely everything we said, she gave him the haircut exactly how we asked. She even went above and beyond giving him a man bun like we told her we do for him. She said he did awesome for her and was extremely brave for his first groom. She couldn’t believe he was turned away from the other Petco because he was alligator rolling and trying to jump off the table. The entire grooming staff is extremely nice and helpful! I recommend Tristan 100% to anyone! Also the lady at the check out was extremely nice, greeted Tonka, gave him treats and even gave us extras for being such a good boy in grooming! MY DOG AND I WILL NEVER BE BACK. I brought my dog in to be groomed and he came back to me with cuts and razor burn on his neck. I really liked the groomer and knew that the cuts were accidental so I didn’t immediately report the injuries to the store in the hopes that they would heal quickly. 2 weeks later when the cuts had not healed, I brought my dog to a vet to get checked out and make sure the cuts weren’t infected. I called the store at that time to let them know I was bringing my dog to the vet and ask if they would be willing to pay for the visit ($83) as the visit was a direct result of their negligence. Never did I expect them to question my intelligence and how much I care for my dog. They said since I signed a waiver acknowledging that my dog may have mats, that they owed me nothing. The parts of his neck that were injured could not have been matted based on the hair pattern there. I will never be back to any Petco and I am completely appalled at how I...
