Cathi and Pano are absolute gems (pun intended). I came into Kosmima with a family ring that was given to me wondering whether i should re set it or start fresh. Pano gave me an honest assessment of the diamond and a comparison to the specs that I was interested in if I went with new. He walked me through every step of the process and helped me decide on an amazing ring that blew my partner away.

Flash forward a year and a half and many covid strains and unfortunately the engagement ended (it's all good, we are both happier this way and remained friends!). While this is already a stressful enough situation as is, I had no idea how to properly re sell a diamond without getting taken for a ride. The jeweler was very rude. Me and my fiancé went there to get our engagement ring resized, and they had told me they would do it in about a week. But it took them almost two weeks. They also mentioned that we needed to add stabilizers to the ring so that it fits better and they won't be really visible. But they are clearly visible. When we went to pick up the resized ring, we asked about the extra 18k gold that was removed to reduce the size and whether we can have that back. The jeweler became really rude announced how he reduced the total resizing fee by $30 to keep the small piece that was removed. Even hurriedly brought out the piece and announced how when he kept it on the scale it was so small that the scale wouldn't even register it. The whole situation was unpleasant and very rude. I bought four items of jewelry here: a diamond necklace to propose to my then-girlfriend, her custom-made sapphire engagement ring, and finally our custom gold wedding bands with engravings. Cathi and Pano worked hard to make our visions for the rings a reality, and my wife and I are thrilled with how each piece looks and fits.
