Buyer Beware!!! Think twice before booking with this company!! All my daughter wanted for her birthday was a bouncy house, to be able to have a few of her friends over to stay the night after her school dance, and for them to wake up in the bouncy in the morning. She thought it would be a fun, silly way to celebrate. Even though it was extravagant - we only had 4 girls coming over to stay the night, and they wouldn’t be getting into the bouncy until after the dance @ 1030pm, I decided to rent one, since it was a big birthday. She was turning 16. I figured she would bounce in it when they got home briefly, they would sleep in it, wake up and be able to bounce in the am until it was picked up, as the rental was scheduled for a 3pm to 3pm window Saturday -Sunday. This was a nightmare from the moment we tried to get it inflated. It wouldn’t stand up. My husband and I tried around 3pm Saturday, to get it inflated after several hours, the catalyst being my husband pulling a muscle in his leg, and several msgs back and forth with the bouncy rental place, we were finally able to get it to stand up on its own around 6pm. (Yes all by ourselves without any physical help from the rental company). Once up - we let it stay up until the girls got home at 10, we didn’t want to mess with it. When they got home and went in to jump, it deflated almost immediately. Trapping them inside. At this point I told them to get out -I would try inflating again in the am. I had to let them out one by one to save them. I woke up in the morning tried inflating again, and again it wouldn’t stand on its own. I messaged the bounce rental people immediately- and they didn’t respond right away, several hours later he said the driver was coming to pick it up. That was it. I have asked for my money back- they said they cannot because I never conveyed an issue while I was using it at my party -best they can do is 15% off. Which I have yet to see. They said-since I told them at 6 when my party started -it was working it was confirmed ok. But that is not when my party started, my party started after 10pm. I have not one happy picture of my child in the house, in front of the house solo or with her friends, all I have is a video and pics of me helping save my kid from the bouncy house, because my husband was too hurt to help me -he taped me rescuing them. To say disappointed is an understatement, and it’s sad this will be the memory my daughter has of her 16th birthday. The girls refer to it as the moon bounce of death. Again, I have tried to reach out to the company several times to resolve- but the company has stopped responding to my messages. I would not rent from here, and I would especially not rent the ravens #110 bouncy rental. There were holes in the top of the rental he said that is normal? I don’t know what is normal or not, but it has been clearly taped and makes me think this is not the first time this has occurred.

Every step of the rental process was made smooth by the owner and his team. Originally I had called in asking for availability, and while someone me told that they would be more than happy to assist over the phone, they also explained to me their online reservation system. Their availability and prices were all clearly marked online, including the price differences between self pick up and delivery. They had options of either paying the entirety up front or paying an initial deposit, with the remainder charged on the day of delivery / pick up. My wife and I plugged in our event dates, entered in delivery information, processed the payment and immediately received our receipt and rental agreement via email, along with a FAQ that had some additional helpful information. When the bounce house was delivered, the gentleman took the time to walk the property with me to confirm where everything was going. They took complete care of all the unloading as well as the hookup of the blower unit. They had extension cables of various sizes on hand, which helped us in the end! After the unit was put in place, they did the initial inflation and went over safety measures and last minute tips / suggestions. The unit itself was well taken care of, clean, and easy to inflate / deflate ( we had it for more than one day and deflated it overnight ). When the time came for pickup, the same gentleman showed up with some help and packed everything up quickly, taking the time to thank us again for the business and give a good firm handshake on the way out. I can't say enough good things about these guys. If you have any event coming up that can use an inflatable, I highly suggest giving them a call and checking out what they can do for you!

And if you’re wondering how we were able to rent the bouncy house without speaking with someone on the phone, we did everything online. I was calling just to confirm everything before we actually drove there to pick it up.

I'm updating this review because I gave them another chance when I needed a unit with short notice and nothing was available elsewhere for what I needed. I picked up and returned the unit myself in order to avoid delivery issue this time. The owner did respond to this initial review finally several months after it was posted and told me to reach out to him so he could address what happened and make it right.

I did reach out via email and phone one and left message but got no response to my outreach. So I feel like the response here was just for public appearances because after renting as many times as I had from them there was no follow through from them as is offered in the response to the initial review. I updated my rating only because the deal is good when you pick up (save 30% plus the delivery fee) and no other rental company I saw offered that. So products are good but customer service needs work.

Let me preface this review with saying it is not my first time renting from them. My first experience 2 years ago was good. My 2nd experience in May 2023 I picked up and returned bounce house myself. Fast forward to my 3rd experience. Rental was requested for 8:30 a.m on 10/21. I was contacted by company asking if they could deliver a day early due to logistics/volume. I agreed and was told delivery would occur 10/20 between 2 and 3 pm. It did not. I reached out...no response. No delivery occurred that day. On party day my event start time was 830 a.m. per the order form. By 9 no call/no show.I contacted company and they said oh he's on his way.He arrived about 930 a.m..unloaded bounce house and had failed to bring a 2nd blower to inflate the bounce house. So he left to retrieve a 2nd blower.Two hours later he had not returned and children had arrived to find a deflated,unusable bounce house.I contacted company AGAIN who stated he would be there within a few minutes.He arrived and bounce house was now usable at 12:30 p.m.This was 4 hours after my order time. I let the company know I was extremely dissatisfied and thought I should be compensated since the order wasn't received on time and the delivery was incomplete when it finally showed up.Its been two days and they didn't respond and I was charged the full price PLUS the full delivery even though the whole thing was a fiasco. My advice would be find a different rental company because this one doesn't care about customers or service. If you do make the mistake of renting from them...save yourself the almost 100.00 delivery fee and pick it up and return...
