Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Maryland

I frequent this location and decided to call ahead as I was tight on time and I wanted the thin crust and they are never ready. I asked when I called if 15 min. was enough time as I was swinging by on my way home. when I arrived at the store, the gentlemen at the counter advised me my order would be right up. After several minutes the gentlemen said they were in the oven, when in fact, they were not. Then he tried to explain that they make them up for phone orders but don't actually put them in the oven until the customer arrives at the store because people don't always show up. Again, I am strapped for time, which is why I phoned in my order. After 20 min. of waiting at that location, my pizzas were not ready. The gentlemen at the counter became rude during his explanation as to why they don't pre make them for phone orders...well, I don't know about you, but hot and ready doesn't mean waiting 1/2 hr for a pizza. I left the establishment, unsatisfied and without pizza, because again, I was strapped for time...I rarely write reviews on establishments, but I am very disappointed as a customer as to the service that I DIDN'T RECIEVE AT THIS LOCATION. However, previously at this very location, under very different circumstances, I was treated above and beyond any expectations from the staff at that time last year nearly around the same time. It was a totally different staff and I take that into consideration. The gentlemen at the front who is greeting your customers now is going to drive them away, not bring them in - Sorry, 2 thumbs down this time it was 4:10 p.m on Jan 10th, 2019 - the man had a thick accent of possibly an Island descent - he needs extensive training if he is new, and fired if he isn't. I'd give this place zero stars if I could. Called to place an order for pickup I was told that I couldn't do that over the phone, "come in to order" the employee says. When I questioned this the employee told me because a costumer didn't pick up their order earlier and that they refuse to take anymore orders over the phone, I asked for a manager and the employee then hung up on me. When I called back, twice, my call was ignored. I had to call from a different phone to get an answer and when I again ask for a manager the employee has an attitude and days "come talk to this guy" to someone who claimed to be the "manager" but likely wasn't. When I address my concerns and tried to explain how you can't deny a phone order to someone because of one customer earlier in the day, she accuses me of being rude and then said "Sir, what to you want to order. At this point I was already done with this location and said I didn't believe she was the store manager and asked for a General managers numbers or a corporate number to complain, she also hung up on me. This is the worst costumer service I have ever received and there is zero chance of me ever returning to this location. You need to teach your employees better...

Arrived around 925 the cashier said about 15 minutes. Food was done around 955. The staff was very disengaged with their customers. Very short, and talked amongst them selves, not letting the customers directly know what's their wait was for. One young lady attitude was so bad, a customer brought her friend from the car to show her how the young lady was responding to her. She gave dirty looks, and was very unpleasant. Upon receiving my 3 pizzas, we went home to try them out. The beef and cheese pizza was disgusting. It tasted like the ground beef was freezer burned, or going bad, as well as the cheese tasted like spoil milk. It has a very strange and sharp taste overall. I asked my brother did he enjoy the pizza, he immediately ran to the bathroom holding his stomach and vomiting. He came back and told me, something is wrong with that beef pizza. I use to like this particular Little Caesars better than any other ones. But lately they seem to be taking a turn for the worse.
