EL RINCON LATINO RESTAURANT — Restaurant in Brooklyn Park

This is a little casual restaurant, but they really go out of their way to make you feel like a million bucks. When we got there, there was a birthday party going on, but they immediately made room for us and made us feel welcome. Our waitress was just learning English (and I speak very little Spanish) but she went above and beyond to communicate with us and to make sure we were happy and our needs were met. She was super friendly and so was the rest of the staff. We were definitely the minority there, however everyone (including other customers) made us feel welcome. The food was amazing. We shared the ceviche, he had the papusas and I had the chicken and cream (I forget exactly what it was called). Everything was very flavorful and had large portions.
