Subway — Restaurant in Maryland

I have not been to Subway in a long time, I needed a bite to eat and when I went in I could not hear the lady and had to repeatedly ask for her to speak up. And they asked me if I was related to my sister, when I said yes they all gave me dirty looks I brushed it off thinking nothing of it. I got the rest of my food made and paid then I come to fine out that I am banned?????? Like idk what I did I didn't cus I didn't throw nothing. I was as polite as possible? I answered yes and no questions? And the last thing i said was thank you and try to keep your sanity today. Like I say to my own co-workers?????? How is that banned Worthy? Like literally that's all I did? They said I was being rude how is that...

Went in to purchase a sandwich and orange juice for my girlfriend. Only two women working (not a problem) however they didn't seem to be in much of a hurry to complete the customer's sandwiches. It took around 2-4 minutes for each customer's sandwich to be completed and paid for. I appreciate them inspecting their ingredients prior to placing them on the sandwich however it's something that should have been done a while ago not in the middle of making a customer sandwich. I like how well the sandwich looked and I really liked the enthusiasm and politeness of the employees (it's not something I see offen in fast food). Last year there was major issues with the store they closed, they remodeled, and it appears they changed all of their policy and procedures as to what it should be. I travel all throughout the state of Maryland for my job and I frequent a lot of different subways and sub shops. I went in here on Saturday in the morning and I was blown away. They were freshly slicing meat in front of me restrooms were accessible, and the place was really clean. Customer service was on point. The store should be a role model for all of the other subways.
