Sweet Fire Tobacco is The only place I stop at for my ecig juice !!! Saundra is absolutely amazing at the Newaygo, Mi location! She goes above and beyond for customer service ! She took the time with me to help me look at ALL the different brands and flavors that would be in the flavor category I was asking about, she had the best advice as we narrowed down the one that we both thought I’d like ( I know it doesn’t sound like much but I’m very very picky , I dislike most ecig flavors and have spent a lot of money on ones that I ended up disliking. ) and the flavor i picked with her help is now my absolute favorite ! My husband too now has switched over to only sweet fire tobacco for his disposable ecigs.They are always so welcoming and kind. My dad too now only stops in there to buy his cigarettes as well as going above and beyond by helping him decide on his first ever ecig. She explained all the pros and cons of the devices and with her help he made the best decision finding what works for him.They even know him and Greet him by name now and he agrees we just don’t find the kind of customer service these guys have anymore! This place is great. It is always clean and organized. It always smells good in the store. Parking lot is cleaned and no trash or cigarette butts outside. The manager Saundra is wonderful and amazing. She always has a smile on her face. She always is treating people. She always lifts people's days up if their having a bad day. Saundra is a very sweet respectful girl. She is very acknowledeable in alot of departments. She's is always cleanning the store and keeping it well organized.
