I treat myself to Biggby at least once a week, typically on Wednesday when they have BOGO. This location started out very slow, as is expected with a new business and teaching new staff. However, in the last few weeks, the Newaygo location has really stepped it up and has gotten way faster with their service and wait time. Very impressed with that!
The only thing I don’t like is, they ask if you want to tip them, each time you use a card. This probably gets them more tips, which is smart, but it seems weird and I am still not used to it. It appears a lot of businesses are moving in this direction, as they aren’t the only ones doing this. Read moreI feel bad for the people working here but if you do Holy smokes talk with your managers. If you have promotionals running you HAVE to have more staff. On a Sunday afternoon with a bogo deal. With 3 cars in front of us it took 35 minutes. To get 2 drinks. At least 3 cars behind us left the line after ordering due to taking so long. Your orders aren't made untill PAY not at the ordering station. Which increases time.

I caught the error on the drink before I left and they fixed it but not the sandwich. I was very specific and repeated it multiple times and they still got it wrong.
