Ordered part Saturday morning, was told the eta on the part would be around 2pm the same afternoon. Arrive 2 30 pm only to be told the eta would probably be another hour or so. Wait another hour and make a 3rd visit to the store seeing as I already made the trip to the store and did not feel like returning home. Was told then that they had no idea on the eta on the part and would probably be in next morning. Store proceeded to then call me 10 minutes before closing time that part had arrived. Cue 4th trip store Sunday morning. Did not have part on hand to compare it to but closely resembled previous part from memory. After several hours of re assembly of vehicle in rain discovered I was sold the wrong part. Returned to store for refund and file complaint. Was offered no explanation other than the supplier for parts on weekends had been switched so the 2pm eta was completely a guess. And was offered no discount, apology or anything. I made online purchase was notified order was ready for pickup. When I arrived I was informed that the part they had in stock was a used core . ok mistakes happen . Also told me they were having it delivered form another store and should arrive shortly. So. I waited. I have waited over three hour for the part. Then I called the store the part was coming from and they tell me they still have it sitting on the counter waiting on a hub driver, to pick it up . When I was already told it was on...

When I got to the counter Thomas unenthusiastically helped me and I had to explain my vehicle in perfect detail multiple times and he said I don’t understand each time and started to get rude with me about the matter. The manager overseeing the whole thing from a distance looked distressed at his employee and sought to help me and he was very helpful and professional. Will be waiting for anyone else to help next time instead of having to receive it...
