The food is great, atmosphere needs a lot of work, service is so so. There is one boy in particular, I say boy because he must not be older than 23, who works there, eyebrow piercing, slit and a disgusting attitude who was unhelpful and uncaring to the rest of his coworkers and team. He took his break in the middle of a night rush and laughed it off by saying âi donât careâ and left his other two team members to do all the work. I believe the manager had to step in and help them take care of customers. Honestly, not sure how or why he even has a job there. Iâm more upset about his nonchalant attitude to the rest of the team while the other boy who was cashing me out kept asking him to please not take his break right now. Sad to see. Disappointed in the fact that management lets other members of their team do whatever they want while leaving the weight of a rush to the rest. Honestly, I donât think iâm coming back simply because the whole interaction was SO uncomfortable and unprofessional to watch. This is coming from someone who is also an industry worker. I donât know what happened because I had never seen him work here before and I had never had an experience like this at this establishment. Do better for your employees,...
Read moreTo say I'm a picky eater is an understatement. I take into consideration the flavors, quality of products, the taste from beginning to end (after taste), and after I'm finished eating (how did the food make my body feel). Being my first time I was a tad skeptical. It's a place that doesn't focus on their decor. It was simply a few tables and a food preparation section. You build you own burrito. I didn't know what to do a one point but I just went with the flow. Had the flour tortilla, steak, brown rice, beans (not black beans), avocado, Mexican cheese, corn, sour cream, pico de gallo, and hot sauce. First of all, a HUGE burrito. Worth the price. They fill the burrito up to its maximum, no holding back. For a person who doesn't cook and relies on eating out daily, I've been everywhere. The taste of the burrito till the last bite was a 10/10. Magnificent! If you haven't tried it, I promise, you won't be disappointed. The next time I would add crushed tostitos chips or whatever they have. That extra crunch was definitely a wow factor. Great job and you'll be seeing...
Read moreI really wanted this place be a full 5 stars. I had a bowl of chicken, nopales, Mexican rice, queso fresco, and mild salsa. It was very tasty- they are the Mexican version of Chipotle. The food is 5 stars. But I give it 3 stars however because the restaurant inside looks run down. It needs a face liftâŠ.its kinda a prison style cafeteria like in the movies haha. The owners of this place show they donât have pride in this place. Where you order it needed a second coat of paint. I donât know the owners but people will judge your business by how you present it to the public. We went at 10:30 pm and it was busy. Some people care about atmosphere like I do so I will probably order to go instead next time. There were two young boys working and making the bowls /burritosâŠboys meaning they were not older than 22 years old. The one boy who was taking my order completely looked like he was under the influenceâŠeye half shut like he was high. Never seen a this in a business. I still...
