The only reason Iām giving this establishment a 2 is horrible communication. I called in 11/3/18 from 10-12:30 with no answer from anyone for 2.5 house thatās not acceptable for a customer. Once someone finally answered all I wanted to know what time will my delivery be delivered. To start with she couldnāt even pull my account up , 2nd she lied and said they didnāt even have me for delivery today when my paper stayed delivery 11/3/18 when I purchased 2 weeks a go. Thridly tgey keoy transferring me from person to person and no one knew what was going on with my order after I spent over 3,000 in store . After being in hold for 30 minutes I finally just drove to the store . I get there and the managers exude was we have a text sell and all of our staff is everywhere !!!! Thatās BS if you have a special event scwdule more people to work. Donāt be short handed with your existing customers just because Houston have a special sale. Just horrible customer service. The manager acted like it was no big deal he didnāt even apologized for anything. I had to load up my 14 month old and drive across town just to find out what was going on with my delivery. You shake a mans hand and if he is accompanied by his wife you acknowledge her as well (if wife likes husband buys). I parked in the furthest point from the store for barely 2 hours and we didnāt park until 1 hour AFTER their business closed for the day. If this is how they would treat someone trying to use a space when none other were around to avoid street parking where thereās damage, then Iām not confident I could trust their respect to me as a customer.
