My mother has called this community home for over 17 and a half years, and I have shared that home with her for the past 8 years. Our continued satisfaction speaks volumes about the quality and care that define this property.

The apartment layouts are clearly unmatched—spacious, functional, and thoughtfully designed for comfortable living. Over the years, we've come to truly appreciate how these floor plans cater to real-life needs in ways few communities manage to replicate.

I’d also like to give the highest compliments to our outstanding team, particularly Samantha and Cameron. Their promptness, professionalism, and positive demeanor make all the difference. Whether handling maintenance issues or general questions, they respond with efficiency, warmth, and a sincere desire to help. That kind of service creates not just a place to live, but a place to thrive.

While our overall experience has been incredibly positive, I do hope to see more visible engagement and long-term investment from the property's ownership. After fourteen years beneath this roof, my wife and I have seen many seasons come and go, but none as bright as the one we’re living in now. Under Samantha’s gentle leadership, this place has become more than an apartment complex—it’s a community that feels like home. There’s a warmth here, a friendliness that lingers like the scent of fresh flowers blooming at every entrance and common space. Maintenance is prompt and reliable, and the public areas have blossomed into inviting, beautiful spaces. One of the best things about living here is it’s very peaceful and they have different things always going on and activities for everyone. They made the coffee bar downstairs bigger for everyone to enjoy coffee and treats. They have a gym, library, pool table and sitting area, a big community room where they have different activities like bingo, arts & crafts, and dinners not to mention birthday cake parties every month. Big area outside to enjoy things from walking to having a picnic in the back. Second floor has a balcony area that you can sit and enjoy your coffee and take in the beautiful sunrises...
