Premier Rental Purchase — Local services in Brownwood

Tonya who gave this place a five star rating obviously works there. As a customer the service is terrible. Management is even worse, not even thirty days behind and was being called names by management and they were showing up at the door and when we wouldnt give them the stuff back they threatened to file charges. Funny thing about that is we had offered to pay them but they wouldn't accept 300 of a 400 dollar payment. When my husband walked in the store and they tried to refuse his money he had to pull out a video recorder on his phone just so they would accept the money. What were the plans they had take us to court for trying to pay off our rent to own? Lol this place is a joke and I'm glad to have kept receipts and whatever else. Hopefully they don't try to pull any more funny stunts or threaten to take us to court because we have receipts and we have screen shot text threats from management even recorded conversations. Take us to court, for being loyal customers who always manage to give you your money within a reasonable amount of time? Take your business elsewhere if you have the chance.
