I was treated very poorly by a female the moment I entered the store. With only a glance of the gold in my hand, she told me it wasn't real. It was "fake," and she cld tell from there. Then, layed my silver out, and said she cld do $4. I knew it had to be much more! I told her the gold was real, solid gold one 14k, and one 18k. She tested it. Said it was, and offered me $20. I couldn't believe it! I told her, it's okay, thanks anyway. She gets in her phone, and leans against the counter, as to be done with me. I had to reach around in front of register to pick up my silver pieces with her just standing right there never helping me or moving it closer so I cld pick it up easier. Had done business there last year & was ok w the business until recently. I was told I had $ 40 credit a while back so went in & planned on using it to purchase some items. I was told they had no record of it so I blew it off. Same time I took in $50 worth of scrap gold & took out a loan on a few pieces of jewelry I had. Later I realized she did not give me my $50 for the scrap gold. So when I went in to get my jewelry out I told the manager about the $50 & I asked about my $40 credit they could never find. Come to find out my $40 credit was only good for 6 months which no one said a word about that then she said she would go back & see about the $50 I never received for the scrap gold & would contact me.
