December 2025 Why are your bathrooms Disgusting? They smell of pure urine and the floors are slippery. Dec 2020 I had a lovely experience. The one guy working was very nice and helpful. Very pleasant and I appreciated it. The sound a new picture was great - no flaws. The bathroom was clean. The drink station was clean and in working order. Food was correct and fresh. In 1998 Now the GTX is perfect. Great theater but the staff sucks. When all these young punk kids and these young wanna be managers are miss treating the employees that have been there for years then I have a problem with it. Nothing but a bunch of teenyboppers running around trying to be in charge not having a clue of what they’re doing... leaving one brand new cashier up at the front who takes 20 minutes to count her drawer and the lines back up and the managers are nowhere to be found because the managers are always loafing and off playing on their phones or gallivanting somewhere. They suck!!! Ticks me off.. The good employees always get mistreated.

My family went to see Avatar last night. The movie was good, the seating was comfortable, the popcorn was wonderful. (My wife and I actually finished the bucket). But the highlight was Zach, the manager. I am deaf and the closed captioning at typical theatres are good at best when they work. Normally I order the CC but when it doesn't work I do without, otherwise I miss 20 mins of the movie. Zach came in right at the beginning of the movie and checked and fixed the closed captioning machine. Wonderful experience all around.

They say they're in the process of changing to a new system. Lines out the door. No separate line for prepaid. In the same line for ticket and concession purchases. Good thing is that is 100% employee owned. Let's get it together. Nobody want to miss the beginning of their movie.

BEWARE .....We went to see Sisters about a month ago . We got there early so we could get a good seat. We usually sit on back row but there were some older people on the end and we didn't want to disturb them so we chose the 2nd to the last row. The movie starts and 20 minutes into the movie these 2 drunk ladies stumble in and cant figure out where to sit and end up sitting behind me and my husband. They begin carrying on a very loud conversation that never stops. We decided to ignore them. They never stopped talking. I turned around slightly hoping they would get a hint. They didn't. Finally after 30 minutes I had had enough. I turned around and asked them nicely to be more quiet that we couldnt hear the movie over them. The 1 lady sat forward and got in my face and told me she was having a f•••••• conversation and no she will not shut up. I immediately get up and get a manager and explain the situation. She follows me in and walks up next to me where we are sitting and says ... she said u guys are talking loudly furing the movie is that true ? They deny it and she looks at me and my husband and tells us that we should move. WHAT? We told here that there was nowhere else to sit except for front row. Assistant Manager leaves they continue talking only not as loud, but continued to kick the back of my seat the rest of the movie. It was the worst movie experience I ever had. When leaving we saw the Manager of this establishment and asked if we could talk to him about how the assistant manager handled the situation. He then told us that we were lying that him and the assistant manager sat through the rest of the movie and the ladies did nothing. I told him that they were kicking my seat. He told me that I should have gotten back up and come and told them. Really ?? I then politely told him that I really think they need to handle situations like that better. The entire time we were talking to him he is scrolling through his phone and looking down. Very unprofessional. Anyways he tells my husband and I that if we dont leave he will call the police. I told him that that was uncalled for we were just talking to him. He lifted his phone and said he was vslling the police and that they were on there way. I shook my head and told him that if this is the way customers are treated here that we would never be back. We have seen alot of movies at this theater but we would never be back. I would rather drive to SSI than pay and be treated that way... Think twice before going to...

I saw the 2000 showing of Batman vS Superman on Saturday, March 27. I attempted to see it on March 26, but it was sold out. We decided to purchase the tickets for March 27 and were informed that no seat reservations were being taken. We were told to just show up early to get a good seat. We obliged and showed up an hour early to be first in line and get our seats. 10 minutes before our show is about to begin, a family shows up and tells us we are in there seats, that they had reserved them. After we refused to move explaining that there were no reservations for the movie, they got management. After being embarrassed as the movie is about to begin, I had to ask the manager if we could step outside instead of arguing in the theater. The manager just tells me that the clerk who helped us must have made a mistake and that there was nothing she could do. She said we had to vacate our seats and move to our assigned seats. She offered any available seats, but it was sold out. We had separate transactions and were only able to sit together because someone didn't show up for the movie. I was angry because we live 45 minutes away and made it a point to attend your theater, twice, and showed up early and was still treated second rate. My wife had to explain to our son that we had to move and move all our things to our "new" seats in the dark as the previews were running. I fully understand that mistakes happen, and this is clearly that case. I also believe that how we attempt to fix our mistakes defines us. We drove 45 minutes both ways two days in a row, spent nearly $60, and showed up an hour early only to be kicked out of our seats, embarrassed, and told "there's nothing we can do, you have to move". My family and I were treated poorly and I am asking how you can fix what was supposed to be a great experience at your theater. If this is how we can expect mistakes to be handled at your theater, we will not be returning. I have attempted to contact the theater via email several times but have been unable to...

Hello this is Top with In the Bunker with Top. I’m writing this review because of the lack of leadership in your business. I purchased reserved tickets for a matinee showing at 1:30pm on Wednesday July 10th for Toy Story 4. When we arrived at the movie theater, we purchased our popcorn and made our way to our seats. To our surprise our prepaid, reserved seats were taken by the Boys and Girls Club without proper notification to us, the already paid customer. As a disabled veteran with a terminal condition it was and it is imperative to have certain seats at certain times thus the reserved seating option which we chose. The manager on duty, God bless her heart, tried to make it right by offering someone who doesn’t have a lot time another time slot, think about that for a second. Then we decided to take the show at 2:30pm after having to cancel other plans. My fiancé and business partner then asked for a some food voucher so we can have fresh popcorn upon our return. Our request was denied. There was failure in leadership and planning on your business part of this ordeal. The overall manager should have coordinated to have this particular theater and showing block off in order to accommodate the Boys and Girls Club. This means taking the offering off the website. Train your managers in conflict resolution, even though she tried her best, she did not handle the situation very well, which only angered this particular customer even more. When someone tells you their time is valuable, don’t roll your eyes, you may never know what they are going though, in this case your customer has a terminal condition. I’m sure this was not the intended outcome of either us today but here we are. Hopefully in the future you will take some of the points and integrate them in your business practices in order to mitigate your customer’s reaction and possibly not put your managers or shift leaders in this predicament again.

Very...
