Will not shop at this store ever again and told them so. I purchase two cast iron shelf brackets that didn't work for my project. The next day I tried to return them only to fine out that I would have to take store credit in place of the cash I had paid. I was being force to buy stuff that is all over priced that I had no need or wanted. One was a plane Christmas bulb for $3.00 that later I found in an other store same price only it was for a box of dozen. Two other items was two thin dish towels over priced at $10.50 a piece. Total with tax $25.32 just what I had paid for the brackets, making sure that I would not give the store...

I love the products in this store but the women staffing the counters are so rude. I was in today and they just sat together whispering and laughing, never offering to help anyone with anything. Not even offering a smile or a welcome greeting. It was bizarre. When I finally checked out with a purchase of over $100, there was no “thank you” or “have a nice day” — just a quick “there you go.” I just got such a rude and snobby vibe from the experience that I will definitely hesitate to ever go...
