Tractor Supply Co. — Local services in Bryan

I am really disappointed in how TSC does its curbside pick up. I ordered some rabbit food to be picked up at the Bryan Ohio location. I ordered 2 bags only to get a notice that one was on hand and the other on back order. No big deal. Only to find out that when it arrived at the store they contacted me, I show up to get it only to find out that I was charged $13 for delivery. Why am I being charged for delivery for something that they order and put on there shelves anyways? They should have just let me know when they get their shipment in. Or at least they could have sent it to my house so that I didn't need to make a 20 mile round trip and pay the gas too. I tried to do a review on their website but apparently their moderators don't allow you to post negative reviews, per the message...

Reduced to 3 stars. Was told by the associate that I have $10 rewards that expired on Dec. 31 so I go in for propane and asked to use my $10 rewards balance(which was given to me as a Happy Birthday promotion) she says uh oh I'm sorry you must spend at least $50 to receive the $10 gift. I said "well that's not much of a birthday present is it?" She agreed and says " yea that's not right they shouldn't make you spend money for a birthday promo." Another type of promo, sure spend 50 get 10, just thought it was odd, and just kinda seemed like corporate greed. But this is just 2 people's opinion. Considering that getting propane from my tractor supply isn't exactly a speedy process I may consider just exchanging at a closer gas station...

the staff here is incredibly friendly and they will go out of their way to be helpful. The store is very clean always has an amazing amount of stuff in stock and the prices are really great. They always have exactly what I'm looking for and then some. I went in there to look around at some of the tools I ended up buying some amazing things that were in great shape new in the box but they were on clearance so I got some great deals. They have clothing farming supplies for Farmers & Ranchers, and if you could believe it- tons of stuff for tractors. Amazing store, very...
