Taco Bell — Restaurant in Bryan

I fully blame management for the issues this place is having at this point in time. If you call to talk to someone the phone rings busy. Why you ask because they have taken it off the hook. This is the first sign of unprofessional management. Not to mention almost every employee is a manager, or so claimed. They for what ever reason can not get enough people through the door to stay open past 9pm, HUGE RED FLAG for Taco Bell, who is known for the late night crave. We are past all the Covid stuff, enough with the excuses. Tonight I placed an order through the app to pick up at the drive thru. When I get there the line is out to the road and can barley pull in. There is an employee sitting out front at the pic-nick table with 2 friends just having a great time while the line is wrapped around the building, I waited in line for 50 minutes to pick up my order. Best Taco Bell Around!!! Nicest crew and fastest accurate orders. My husband and I used the touch screen to order ourselves and dine in. We heard a man complain and they bent over backwards and offered free stuff and acted the way a fast food chain should react when they realize they messed up. They were very kind and I felt bad watching but good knowing how great the staff was at handling the uncomfortable situation. Love the cleanliness of the inside and and all the seating. First time in a while I went inside for lunch. There is a kiosk now wich was annoying. I wanted to special order my Mexican pizza but there was no option for what I wanted. I tried to talk to the register person since I was paying cash. She wasn't rude but was in a hurry with the drive thru. The wait wasn't long. The food didn't taste to good but I was pretty hungry.
