Shoe Sensation — Local services in Bryan

Before I bought anything I walked up to the counter to ask if they honer a 20% off code I had on my phone. The manager of the store was very nice and promised me that she would be able to take 20% off and just said that it doesn’t work if the price ends in .99. Which I was ok with because I already knew what I was after and wanted and didn’t apply to the shoes I wanted. After a minute of getting what I wanted she then asked me if I wanted to purchase water proof spray and I was ok with that. However She NEVER took the 20% off that she had promised. I was in there 5 mins at the most. So I’m not buying she “forgot”… I will add the shoes I got were on sale but she didn’t say it doesn’t include the sale. If that was the case then I would have been completely fine with that. Tell me that though. Don’t promise me something then just don’t do it. Also I’m not going to stand up there and beg for the discount I just asked for 5 mins ago….

Very disappointed! I bought a $35 sandals. They looked great when trying them on in store. Went to work in them and after an hour of wearing them I had to readjust the size. By the end of my shift I had adjusted them over 20 times. They left welts, blisters, scratch marks, etc. These were a flipflop type sandal, not much room for welts and blisters. I tried to return the shoes a week later and the ladies were extremely rude. She said since I wore them they would not take them back. I wore them once indoors and they accused me of wearing them outside. I asked if there was anything I can do to get a refund/partial refund/ anything and they just shot that down immediately. "Not my problem" the manager lady said. I would give this place zero stars if possible. I do not recommend going there. Save yourself the trouble and buy else where. Even online stores have a better return policy then this place. Not worth the...

It was our 1st time in this shoe store. It was very clean and well lit. There were 2 ladies working the desk finishing up with a customer, when one of them asked if she could help. We told her it was our first time in the store, and just looking. She was very excited to help if we had any questions. By the time we started to try on a pair of shoes they were very happy to help, and did so with well received smiles and conversation. It was our pleasure to visit the Bryan, Ohio store and make our first time purchase of name brand shoes. Thank you both, for your kind words...
