I would not ever go back to this sonics to order food again. When I pulled into a stall to order everything was good but after I ordered the food I was waiting 15 or 20 mins to receive my order. I ordered 2 number 7 combo ( 1 foot long, tater tots and a drink) and i ordered 2 smore shakes. I push the red button after waiting 20 mins and then the girl on the ordering side said some will be right out. After we ate and left we was drinking our shakes and my wife found a penny in the bottom of her and so we call the the store and when someone answered I asked to speak with a manager and they hung up on me. So I tried again and someone else answered the phone and I again asked for a manager and he said she is busy and will call back when she has the chance. So I waited a little while and decided to call corporate office and filed a complaint with corporate about the manager and the service we had and about the foreign object in the shake. Waited an extra 25 mins before it finally came out (meanwhile at least 20 cars went through the drive threw and were serviced immediately). Paid extra for cherries. There wasn’t any. Food had to have been sitting for awhile before it was brought out. Slushes we’re melted, food was cold. I spent $30 and didn’t expect this kind of service. The girl who brought our food out was extremely rude. I asked for a drink carrier when i placed the order online. She brought 4 drinks out without one. When i asked about it, she told me that i would still have to take all of the drinks from her and then she would go get one. Read morePart of this was from what I heard due to a lack of employees. That said I used the app to order which went surprisingly ok even the check in at the place went well. But the near hour wait for food, the order being right and wrong, and just the lack of communication from the staff was the problem. Our order was for almost all tots and we got 2/4,honestly not sure what came in the kids meals so maybe 4/5, but 3 adult tots instead 2 and like 4 fries? It was odd that all I know. Then the smash burgers, so what I know and have had is a burger smashed on a HOT surface until crispy or a bit on the edges at least, what I got was a skinny burger that boiled in it's own juices for a bit then was slapped together with cheese a bit of sauce and some onions.
