Old Town Buffet — Restaurant in Bryan

I kept forgetting to leave the review, but this took place about a month ago. The power went out for nearly a quarter of the town. Everything from Walmart, all the way to Huntington Bank and the residences in between. I placed an order by calling the restaurant on a Saturday afternoon. About 5 mins after placing my order, I went out to by car to get ready to go pick it up. On my way out of the house, everything shut off. I looked at the meter outside and it was completely blank. My neighbors came out and we verified that everything was out. I went to go pick up the order thinking that it was just out street that was out. I soon learned that the restaurant also lost power and I had intended to pay with a card but couldn’t due to the outage. I went back out to my car and waited outside the restaurant in case the power would be back up soon. The employees came out and brought my order as asked if it was mine. I said yes, but I can’t pay because the card reader is down and I can’t pull out cash because the bank and ATM is also down. The employees said don’t worry about it, take the food and come back tomorrow and pay. I asked if they were sure and they were all smiles and said yes. I drove off to head back home. Went here on 8/27/2016 after not going for a few years do to a bad experience and getting food poisoning , and I Have to say believe it or not, it was far worse then the last time , the food was cold.. my wife took 2 bites off a plate and then refused to even attempt to eat, the service was awful, and when the bill came I was over charged I explained to the waitress the problem who then got the manager and after several minutes of arguing I Paid the bill and told them I would not be returning and I was going to tell every one about the experience ... This is the absolute WORST Place to Eat at in Bryan Ohio the food is either cold... over cooked ..or under cooked... and all they will do to solve the problem is ask to microwave your food items ... The manager was rude , did not speak very good English and axcted as though he did not care about our problem when asked if they would put HOT Items out he refused .. My sister, my daughter (age 1) and I went for lunch. We walked in and the waitress said “2?” I responded “2 and a baby”. She only offered drinks for my sister and I, and only brought us 2 sets of silverware so I had to share mine with my daughter. We were ignored as soon as we were sat down.We sat there for half our meal with no drinks bc no one came for refills, no matter HOW LOUD I sucked on my empty straw. The dirty plates sat there until we were ready to leave. She brought us our bill and obviously my daughter, being only 1 wasn’t charged for her plate. Then all of a sudden the waitress comes up, asks me how old my daughter is, and proceeds to charge me a whole extra meal for the mashed potatoes and broccoli that my daughter ate.
