#very poor business Hours stayed open until 9 pm on New year's day. Stopped at 8 24 PM and was told they are closed. Reminded them sign says closing at 9PM. She told me they are closing early, mind you the place inside and outside was lit up like they are open. Told her that is retarded and let her know this isnt the first time we have been told that. On another occasion, we placed an order for chicken and was told they have no chicken. Why would a chicken restaurant not have chicken? On another occasion, we were told we could order, buy, nothing deep fried because they were cleaning the fryer, that was 7 in the evening. I would NEVER recommend this restaurant for a French fry. Obviously, the management is a very poor excuse for how to run a business. We don't go to KFC often, tonight was another reminder of why. Not to wish bad luck on anyone, but, wouldn't surprise me if they close down with Tim Hortons or Cold Stone Creamery. At least, we were never treated badly at...

The only thing I got right was the milk for the children's meal and I never even got the actual meal.. 3 of the 4 other orders were not even close to being correct. When I called to ask if I could come back for the correct order I was told yes. However when I arrived back to exchange my food the staff. Was down right rude. And we waited 30 minutes just for them to say they were closing early!!! I will Not be returning to this store. However the last 3 times I have been there my orders were wrong and or missing items. Management here needs looked into terrible people and customer service skills. We ordered online and when we got to KFC the manager said they didnât have the items we ordered in a rude manner and said they canât control there mobile orders and then completely stopped talking to us through the speaker when we said we wanted our money back or something equal of value. We waited there for an hour just to get a few items that was not fresh and did not receive the correct items for the money we paid. I will never return...
