Burger King — Restaurant in Bryan

Several times a month, when returning home from Michigan, we always stop at McDonald's for breakfast. I suggested that we go through Burger King because I like the bacon and egg, cheese croissants. We went through the drive-through, and I clearly ordered two bacon, egg, cheese croissants with a Diet Coke and a Dr. Pepper. When pulling up to the window, the wife and I discussed the price, which was like $7+ or something. Upon coming up to the window to pay, I asked about the order, and the cashier said she only got the two croissants and two drinks. I asked if she could add two hash browns to the order. With a very short tone and an unusual look, she responded with, "You will have to pay." I told her that was no issue and handed her another $5.00. After receiving a Diet Coke, I waited for the Dr. Pepper. The attendant looked at me funny, so I asked for the second drink. She said, "I didn't give you one already?" I explained that two drinks were ordered, and she rushed away and returned a short time later with a drink. When we pulled away, the wife tasted her drink, and they had served her a Diet Coke. She had to go inside to exchange her drink. She got back in the truck and said, "We should have gone to McDonald's. Positive note, food...

My order was completely wrong and it wasn’t complicated at all! Waited 20 minutes for fries which made no difference at all since the order was wrong! I called up, spoke to the manager on duty and I thought she was a little cold yet extremely efficient…then again, I wasn’t exactly Ms. Congeniality either but I think that was solely based on first impressions. By the time the call was over, we got stuff fixed, it wasn’t too big of a fuss but it certainly was not worth 22 bucks or my time to have to deal either completely non-focused, silly young adults with no real manners or regard for a job regardless! There was one dude who was very tall…taller than myself who did ask me a few times about my order and I was not even his customer which I appreciated. Also, the young man cleaning the dining room was amazing. He wiped every table, wiped everything down he came near…all while with a pleasant enough demeanor the entire time! As I said, the manager helped me so efficiently, never raised her voice or anything...

Me an my family decided to come to Burger King for a late dinner an the dining room door was locked an the sign on the door said dining room was open until 11pm an we got there about 9:02pm so we respectfully called an asked why it was closed an we tried to explain how the sign on the door said 11 an she decided to DISRESPECTFUL GET LOUD with me (the manger) so my sister called an she wasn’t to nice as she was very disrespectful to my family member the manger got really loud with her as well as a manger at another fast food place I would never get loud or be disrespectful with a customer all she had to say was she apologizes but she has no control over the changing the time on the door . An she would report it to her supervisor. To get it fixed. At this point I would rather drive to another Burger King than...
