If I could give this review negative stars than I would. This store obviously does not train their employees correctly and needs to watch who they put as the âSelf Checkout Policeâ. I have never been so embarrassed in my life.
I checked out through self checkout and tried to save some bags by putting some of my purchased items in the small cooler I bought. An older man who was an employee quickly came over and said he needed to look in my cooler. I let him know right away that I had put items in there, but I paid for them. I offered to pull up my receipt on my target app and he declined saying that he could print it right where I checked out at.
He got all of my items out of my cooler and said they werenât on my receipt along with the cooler. The whole time he was making comments like âthis is going to be a problemâ and âthis isnât looking too good for youâ and âthis looks like a coincidence huh?â. I explained to him that my total wouldnât have been almost $200 if the items in the cooler, plus the cooler itself werenât on the receipt.
I showed him my digital copy which include pictures to really dumb it down for him, and he still would not let me leave at all. I asked for a manager and when the manager came, he told the guy that my digital copy was correct and asked him what the problem was.
I went back after leaving and looked at the paper copy myself and wouldnât ya know, the items are definitely on the receipt. Embarrassed and got the police called on me for something that was absolutely...
Read moreI haven't shopped at Target for many years because of their policies regarding men in women's bathroom. I just now went to try shopping there again today. When I arrived I was looking for the closest handicap parking. Their cart guy was gathering carts but he had the handicap blocked which I didn't mind waiting because a lady had been there waiting to pull out when he moved the carts. He decided to keep giving me bad looks and even came up to my truck telling me I could park in another spot. I told him I would just wait. He stated I was holding up traffic when there was no one behind me. He then said he didn't understand why i had to.park there. I told him that's because you don't have a disability and if he did he would realize that every step counts. I told him he has no right saying anything to me and that he just needs to do his job. He said he is doing his job. I told him his job was not to be attacking me! He finally moved the buggies and the poor lady that had been trapped in her car for 10 minutes pulled out. I pulled in and went straight to customer service where I asked for the manager. I decided that I wouldn't buy anything from Target and will never go back again. God just reminded me why I don't...
Read moreWhen my daughter came to pick up my order in Bryant store, they did not give her all the items. When she called me and told me what they had given her, I told her that was not all of them, and she had to go back to the store to get the 4th item, which was the biggest one. She said they were very nice to her and took care of the missing item quickly. When I ordered the items for my granddaughters Baby Shower from her Registry page and went to checkout, I had difficulty getting back to the page after I had selected some of the items and wished to continue shopping. When I checked out, it showed the items in stock, but it was for the Citywide Store or whatever name it is in Garland, TX. I ended up having to call and get it set up again in the Bryant store. The lady i called helped me to get it corrected and spent a lot of minutes getting it cancelled and re-entered. I had never bought anything from Target so I was unfamiliar with the web page. Overall, I am pleased with the service we received. As for the quality of the products, I do not know, since they will not be given until this Saturday. They appear to be...
